Eurotoolhire dissatisfaction

Used their online enquiry form to get a price for 2 staging boards, got an automated response stating they would reply within 48hrs, 3 days later I made another online enquiry for the same items again informed a response within 48hrs, again nothing, so phoned the St Austell branch to ask in person, was told he needed to do a stock check, and I would be informed by phone. Again no response for the following 3 days, made another web enquiry stating my frustration, and guess what, no response. Went elsewhere and sorted straight away. I wouldn’t waste the time and effort with this lot again.
