Ho acquistato una scheda video. Dopo due giorni mi hanno avvisato che la scheda non era disponibile, proponendomi di acquistare un articolo alternativo. Ovviamente io ho rifiutato e ho preferito l'annullamento dell'ordine.
Ordine VWGYKXLCZ del 18/03/2026 confermato via email e autorizzato tramite PayPal — annullato unilateralmente senza comunicazione. Il giorno stesso il prodotto era ancora disponibile sul sito a prezzo 4 volte superiore. Il giorno successivo ho ordinato un altro prodotto disponibile sul sito: annullato anche quello, con la scusa che 'stanno aggiornando la piattaforma'. Account bloccato, indirizzo IP bloccato, email bloccata — tutto questo senza alcuna notifica, rendendo impossibile anche solo verificare le condizioni di vendita e il momento in cui vengono accettate. Le condizioni sono nascoste nel footer del sito dietro un menu a tendina, senza link diretto nel modulo di registrazione. Nelle stesse condizioni è scritto che eventuali controversie si risolvono esclusivamente presso il Foro di Ragusa (Sicilia) — il che rende praticamente impossibile tutelare i propri diritti. Comportamento scorretto, non professionale e in violazione del GDPR e del D.Lgs. 70/2003.
