Mixed feelings about this company. Overall, a little on the negative side. The main issue was Matt, just not a personable man at all. Really lacked people/customer skills. The other two members of his team were absolutely Fine.
I think we got off to the wrong foot as there was some outstanding packing which I was intending to complete as they removed ( i worked out that I had around 4 hours to vacate my house) . Matt seemed genuinely pissed off with me and I really felt it.
I wish as this stage the the 'express' part of the company name is true: The is no denying the break neck speed and little regard for your possession they operate at. They seemed to be in the most frantic rush to finish ASAP.
Also, he was getting me to keep contacting the solicitor and new home seller to rush things along I think he even wanted to start unloading at the new property before finalisation with solicitors. Everything was rush rush rush and took the edge of what was meant to be an exciting day.
In summary, if you want an ok service to operate as quickly and efficiently as humanly possible then this is the company for you. If, however, you would like a more pleasant experience with some sense of enjoyment on moving in your big day then this should not be your choice.

We moved a month ago from Worthing towards Chichester and Euroexpress gave us a competitive price and excellent service. Everything was packed beautifully, nothing was broken and they took care of our flooring as well - they cover the floor with protective throw so carpets don't get stained from shoes. Very friendly and efficient, waited with us till late afternoon until we exchanged. We would highly recommend this friendly and efficient family business. Thank you once again- you made our house move a very pleasant and stress free experience.

They double booked on the day & tried to pressure me to speed up a 7 party chain, as if this was my fault, which made things unecessarily stressful on the day. The owner has a terrible controlling manner, including pushing me to contact my solicitor as he waited & pestering on the phone. Borderline bullying. They expect you to pay several days before & didn’t confirm anything without me asking, which made me doubt they’d even turn up. I didn’t expect this given i paid a premium for this service in the hope that they’d make my moving day a little easier. He gave every impression that he hates his paying customers & i’d worry for any elderly or vulnerable people using the service. I’ll go for the cheapest quote next time as the ‘quality service’ didn’t exist this time.

Were very supportive and flexible when removal date had to changed with little notice
On removal day all were friendly, helpful and professional. Storage provided for 4 weeks before delivery 300 miles away.
Delivery was efficient, friendly, professional and went over and above expectations.

Marvellous, can’t recommend these guys enough.

Matt, Michelle and Graham worked like trojans all day, made moving day a very pleasant experience.

Mum used this company to move her out of her bungalow but had to store her possessions. The MD convinced her to store her goods in his ‘storage’ ( an hour and a half from where she was moving to ) for ease?! Mum has moved in with me as she has bad arthritis and my stepdad has Alzheimer’s. As we had a three month wait for our property to go through we naturally carried on paying for storage. We asked for receipts from July to October, never received one.
When it was finally time to get mums goods back, I said I wanted to go and collect myself, for ease of time ( pressure to get it all done in a day would have been a nightmare ). The MD was very reluctant to hand over the keys to the container, refused until the last minute to even give me the address. Finally I had to sign a disclaimer on the Morning of getting the keys For him to finally unlock the and he made a very quick exit out of there! On opening the doors to the containers I understood why.... not one item was covered, no blankets covering furniture, clothes hung loose around the inside of the container stinking of damp, boxes marked fragile, squashed beyond belief and to top it all off, two white sofas, stood upended on the floor, not wrapped or covered as promised, filthy dirty with boot prints on them and a lawnmower stood on top.
Needless to say I was disgusted that a ‘removal company’ would treat someone else’s possessions with such blatant disregard or respect.

Matt, Michelle and the team did an excellent job in difficult circumstances. The property we moved from in Sussex had very difficult access, and we had a lot of "stuff". However they packed everything and put it is store, pending our move to Yorkshire. They even kept an eye on the plants whilst in store. Then three weeks later they removed it all from storage and brought it up to Yorkshire, where it was unloaded - not a single item missing, damaged or broken. Throughout the whole process we were kept informed on timings etc and best of all Matt, Michelle and the team are friendly, very efficient and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone. We hadn't even finished moving out and the chap leading the removal team (on behalf of our buyers) had lowered his ramp down from the huge lorry into our front garden and begun to unload! My wife and I had just returned from unloading some things, returned to do the final bits and came back to this!

The chap who I refer to above, the MD I believe, was very aggressive in his manner explaining that as we had completed on the sale we no longer owned the property and had to get out! He continued to tell us that he would charge us £75 per hour, for every hour his team were waiting! We wanted to clean the property for our buyers, we understood legally that we had until 1pm - this was 11am!

Turns out, they had another job to get to - so much for friendly, polite service? I would avoid!

I had a relatively easy move A to B and I used EuroXpress for my removal and they were everything I needed in a removal company and more.
Cheap quote, friendly staff and easy process.
I would recommend to anyone and I will.

This company were and still are fantastic. We have used them over many years for moving several times and they are so professional. They are so hardworking that we have always recommended them to friends and family and everyone says the same. We wouldn't use anyone else but this firm. They are outstanding in their attitude and in their service. Pleasant and helpful in every way. Ten out of ten for this removal company!
