Bought the bag as an xmas pressie
Bought the bag as an xmas pressie. The bag was lovely, laptop fitted in perfectly and all the gadgets were great, although not used. Had to send the bag back as the person bought for is quite small and struggled with the laptop in the bag on their back. For an older teen or adult would have been ideal. Eustonbags were fast with both sending the package and with answering my email regarding sending back and refunding. I would definately buy from the company again.

The Service was excellent
The Service was excellent. The product arrived promptly. Unfortunately the bag had a faulty zip. We contacted Euston bags by WhatsApp and they responded immediately offering to send us a replacement (without sending the old one back) or a refund on receipt of the faulty bag. We decided to send it back. We tracked the delivery and Euston bags gave us a refund the day after receiving it.
Their policy states that they will refund our delivery costs also. We contacted them providing the invoice for the costs and they credited the cost directly to our bank account.
I would definitely use them again as they had excellent customer service

The service from this company was…fantastic
The service from this company was fantastic. The backpack I ordered was promptly dispatched which I received within a couple of days! The only thing I can say about the backpack is it looked very well made. I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter. She picked it herself so she obviously knew what she was looking for.

Great range of bags
There was a great range of backpack's to choose from, with the added bonus of free shipping. Ordering was really simple and from the moment the order was placed there was excellent communication about its progress to shipping and tracking details.
Overall really impressed with this company and will definitely use them again.
