Sling bag doesn’t fit laptop as advertised
The bag (TangCool Sling bag) I got was advertised as could fit a 15.6 inch laptop. When it arrived it couldn’t even fit my 13 inch laptop. I emailed customer care about the issue and no response yet (it had been a couple days now). Also no clear information about how to return the item on the website.

This is a must to have when travelling!!!!
Quick delivery and can’t fault the bag in anyway. Reading the reviews and seeing pictures don’t do the bag any justice. This is a must to have when travelling for business.
Very comfortable and with all the different compartments comes in handy.

Very helpful & accommodating team.
I ordered a different bag originally but didn’t really vibe with the design in person. However I messaged the team at Euston Bags and they were very accommodating. I had an early flight booked for just a few days away and they made the effort to come and meet me in London with a variety of other bag types so I could do an exchange right there and then in person! I came away with one I loved. Great service and very helpful.

The service and the quality of the product..
Fast delivery when you pay for next day service, so if you can't wait to get hold of your order then it is a good option... and as far as the travel backpack I ordered, -- I think you pay for good quality stuff, it fits everything I need for a 3 day trip, together with a small holdall (for a change of clothes). Not yet had it long enough to review its durability, but I do like it so far, and the company I bought it from in my experience, provide a good service.
