V. happy with service.

Billy was very helpful even puf me in touch with a music teacher for face to face tutoring.

I wrote quite a negative review of this company on or about 11/1/26 because they sent me the wrong product and over packed it. Today the manager wrote me a very apologetic and somewhat humbling email accepting their mistake and offering a polite a completely acceptable explanation. Also they are sending me the correct item I ordered, free of charge, including postage and do not want me to return the original wrong item they sent to me!. A rare example of a modern day company possessing and exhibiting excellent customer service skills in a refreshingly professional and polite manner. Trustpilot doesn't seem to want me to take down my original I'll tempered review for some reason, but I shall continue to try to take it down. This company supplies a number of music related items that I could find very useful, so I shall continue to give my custom to them as their products appear to be really good and are competitively priced and while they might sometimes make a mistake, boy do they know how to fix it !!👍🏼

Fast friendly service suppyling great products at very competitive prices

I ordered a vintage drumset and before i placed the order i wrote the store an email asking about some information (shipping options, price) because i was ordering outside of the UK. They replied to me super quickly, very kind, helpful and there were no problems whatsoever. They even packaged and weighted the drumset before i ordered it so they told me the exact dimensions and weight. At the end i still couldn't order it right away, so i asked if they can wait another week, to which they said it was not a problem at all. Great store, great crew!
