Amazing customer service, quick and easy but maintaining high quality all at the same time.

Evac provided me with excellent service and was patient and responsive to my feedback when I was able to give it to them. The artists are very talented and are willing to make as many changes as you need. Be clear with your instructions and wants and you should get a good streamer pack at a decent price.

The only thing that has caused me a little problem is that I have had to convert my emotes and badges from GIF form to PNG to fit Twitch's standards. However, that is a minor thing in an overall great experience.

I would give my experience an overall a 3.8. This being because their first attempt at making my twitch pack wasn't so great. But, when I expressed this, EVAC made sure to do all that they could to fix it at no extra cost. Needless to say, the second attempt was a whole lot better. Will be using on my twitch from now on. Only feedback would be to put your best foot forward the first time. The first and second attempt was night and day. I would definitely use their services again though if I needed a logo or something.

They delivered an excellent product, met my requirements, and were open to revisions. Communication was effective, though slow at times. Overall took about 60 days for my product to be finished - but it was worth the wait. This included a custom overlay for my ultrawide stream format. The initial product had some stock images (Nintendo) that I requested be removed.

I paid in installments, though had a request to complete a payment prior to work being finalized (which was not in original agreement). I was able to work out a modified schedule with them. So, a overall a positive experience - just be patient.

Very poor customer service. I paid for a logo and twitch panel pack. They did advise initially of a long wait time, which was okay. However, the first 3 attempts they made of my logo were using stock images from ASUS, a seperate company. I expressed my frustration after their team did not listen to my requests at all. They then gave my work over to a different team, who produced a better logo (still not great). They then designed the twitch panels which I was okay with. However, upon paying the full amount to receive the goods, I was sent ONLY the twitch panels and NOT the logo. I contacted them immediately and all they could say was “The team left with the logo and we are trying to contact them”. First of all, how does an entire team just leave? And Secondly, how is it possible for them to leave WITH the logo, without allowing the company themselves to access it??? After 2 weeks of hearing absolutely nothing, I then asked for a refund equivalent to the value of the logo itself. The response I received was “hmm we can’t refund but we can remake the logo”. This is extremely poor service and no care was taken in the production of the whole thing. I paid good money to have this done and I’ve just been left with disappointment and frustration. I would never use this company ever again and I will never recommend them to anyone. Absolutely poor service. I’m still trying to get the issue resolved as I write this review.

Definitely delivered a good product. The artwork was unique and on point. Communication was good, but slow. Other than that I had a good experience. I like that you can pay in increments. They were very professional and were extremely patient. I never felt rushed. They explained everything I was getting with the deal. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality work.

Had 5 emotes made for my channel. Good work, happy with the result. They took a bit longer than the original timeframe, slightly slow to respond but they did always respond. Overall good experience

I will be honest at first I didn't trust this company, but while they continue in guiding me on making the panels and screens to my ideal version. I learn that they don't half ass their job and they do it for a good price and finish the work fast will comeback again in the future.

They made me a banner, logo and an overlay and i gotta say im pretty happy with the result, they kept me posted every 4 or 5 days i'd say and the job was done less than a month after

I was approached by Evacreatives about 6 months ago. I gave an opportunity to many different graphic designers and I got to say, they are the best. They're service is fantastic.

Very great company! Took them a little over a month to complete and for how fast it took them to create the art work there work was amazing would 100% recommend giving them a try!

They were very straightforward, friendly, and professional.

Always a sceptic doing business online but they actually made the process feel good and listened to all feedback.

This was my first time working with a group to make something for my stream! All in all i can say they were very respectful and patient with me when things got a little rough on my end. They will work with you, and will do their best!! I'd gladly recommend them to anyone who is looking
