Bad website
I ordered two dresses and they were extremely low quality and almost see-through with no tags (Reminder that return policy states that the item has to be returned with tags), and were very much not true to size and didn't look like the pictures. I contacted them about returning, didn't hear from them for multiple weeks, and emailed again. After another long while, they finally responded and I got thrown into so many scams about getting a return and refund. After around 15 back-and-forth emails over several weeks, just arguing, they said that they will contact me in 3-10 days for a refund. About 2 weeks later, I emailed again because it's been over 10 days. They don't apologize but say that it has been processed and to wait for another email. A few days later, I get a refund notification, but it's still not a full refund and doesn't include a return address or anything. It has been an extremely long and tiring process.
