My shipment came in quickly, and the quality of the clothing was nice. Very happy with the purchase. I did encounter a wrong size though. I got a prompt response and a replacement item is on its way ! Would definitely recommend for those who are skeptical in ordering from this site.

I was scared to order from this company being they were based out of China....but I did receive all my items and they are good quality cloths and shoes. I will order from them again in the future it does take about 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. They did keep in contact with me from the first day of my order by Facebook messenger.

I ordered 2 pair of denim short but when they came they didn’t fit. I got on to customer support and they were very helpful and sorted out my issue. I really like this site and would recommend it to my friends and family

Communication and willingness to get correct size

I somehow ordered the wrong size, totally a mistake on my part. Evaless Support is sending me the correct size, not charging me for the exchange & advised me to just donate the shirt that didn't fit me. Wow! I will be a loyal customer for a long time!

Love Evaless! I can't find anything like this anywhere else! Even had a great exchange experience for items I order wrong.

Don't order clothes here unless you know they will fit you for sure. You can't get a full refund. You can only get 50 refund and you can try to sell what you purchase or you can exchange and hope you get the correct size that fits you. I ordered tops and they fit perfectly. I ordered shorts and jeans and they are completely the wrong size. Still have not heard back on when to accept my 50% refund.

Evaless agreed to send me a replacement shoes for the ones that were the wrong size this was the first time I ordered from evaless I am very satisfied that I can receive another pair

I ordered a shirt but accidentally ordered the wrong size. When I told them about it they reshipped the correct size right away.
The wrong size shirt got here and it is really cute and good quality. They said I should give it to someone and not worry about the return. Wow !
The new shirt is on its way. Now I will have my cute top as well as a gift. Can’t wait till my new top gets here. I will definitely order again.

Ordered my size according to the charts, a little snug, I contacted Evaless and they are sending the new size out and asked that I donate the original item!!

I ordered and paid $40 for some black skeleton shoes women’s size 9 for a birthday. I received a child size pair of shoes. Customer service does not answer their phone when I wrote a response to customer service asking for a refund or if I could return them the only thing they tried to tell me is that I ordered the wrong size so since everything comes from China, I guess I’m just out $40 with no resolution, I will never order from evaless again poor customer service. Obviously they just want the money I don’t care about the customer.

Very easy to exchange sizes when I needed to.
