I placed my first ever order on February 1, 2023 and I have sent numerous emails to find out the status of my order and no one has replied. When I check the "track your order" it states the order has been placed. It still states only that. I am now going to try to get my money back. I would not recommend ordering from this company. I live in Canada and now after reading the reviews, I wish that I never placed an order in the first place. Please save yourself from the frustration.

They are very slow to ship. Generally unresponsive. They have no problem taking your money on the front end but it doesn't bother them to sit on it for a long time before shipping. Do not recommend.

Horrible company! Ordered items on January 8th still have not received them almost a month later. I will NEVER buy from this company again! 😡😡

Items are shipped from China and take forever to arrive in spite of company stating they are based in the USA. My items arrived missing a pair of shoes I'd ordered. I asked company to ship the shoes they failed to send or issue a refund. They shipped the shoes to an address 4 states away from me and per previous reviews it is true that this company runs you around in circles avoiding issuing a refund they owe their customers. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this dishonest company.

I made a large order at Evaless for winter clothes and I was very surprised. The shipping is fast, and the quality of the garments is very good. I will definitely buy again!

I received a necklace in a hugh knot, couldn't get it apart. Also the claw was broken. A top that did not fit. Wanted to return items. They make almost impossible. I will never buy from them again.

I purchased several items 2 different times. The tops are very low quality and the fit was terrible except for the two tee shirts however the jeans were really nice. I didn't try to return the products that didn't fit because they took forever to arrive and I didn't have an order number in the package. Seems like quality is a hit or miss. Not planning to order in the future. Felt like a waste of good money since US based companies provide email order information and returns are easier.

I purchased a holiday iPhoto 12 pro max cover for my phone. I received a case much smaller so it won’t fit my phone. I have followed all of the company requests including photos. After several emails and phone chats I still have not heard back from customer support. I would not recommend this company.

Horrible quality. Cheaply made. Cheap material. Sent wrong size shoes. Decals were very thin iron-on. Was really looking forward to the clothes but not worth the price. Tried to return. They fought me every step. Wanted me to send pictures? Refused to help. I called my bank. They told me to return and they would make it right. Only problem … $200 to return to China! So I loose either way!

Santa Jeans fit perfect. Sz4. Im like a sz 5/6.
(Med)White Santa T-shirt fits perfect. Soft material.
(Sm) Red Santa off shoulder shirt very big.
Santa Shoes perfect fit. Only thing is you can tell they are cheap. Won't wear them long or probly will not beable to wash them. Over all I love my jeans and Santa white T-Shirt

They have the cutest jeans ever! I love how they match my waist, honestly, it's very hard to a pair of good jeans for apple shaped body! NEW finds this year!

I ordered 7 items from this company and 6 were fine. Two sweatshirts I ordered in XL. One fit perfect and the other was very snug/uncomfortable. Also it was described as a RED AND WHITE snowflake sweatshirt. It was a brownish red ugly color definitely not RED. This smaller shirt was the only item out of 7 that had no size tag?? Odd… I wrote them for a refund or even a credit towards something else. They wanted photos, which I sent. Then they said I needed to send them back the shirt and provide a tracking number. I asked them to send me a return shipping label and I’d gladly send it back. They said they won’t pay to ship it back because it’s not DAMAGED?? I responded by saying it was misrepresented in color and size which was proven by my photos of both XL’s together! They proceeded to tell me “damaged” means broken??? Yet their policy states clearly if they send wrong color or size they will pay return shipping and cost of item. They lie! Buyer Beware!!

Love this store and his products, they are high quality and the service is very fast! Shipping and the customer attention. Love Evaless!

I ordered $100 worth of clothing from. Was not satisfied with the product. Had to jump through hoops to get a return done. Sent it all back 2 months ago and I’m still waiting for my credit. Will never do business with them again!!!
