It took around 6-7 weeks for the kimonos to arrive, which is undestandable with current situation. I've ordered 2 kimonos, they are both pretty, the colours are exactly like on the photos. The website says they are 100 % cotton, but the tag says 97 % cotton 3 % spandex. Also one of them was supposed to have pockets, it doesn't and the other one is missing one loop for the belt.
Overall I am happy I bought them, I like wearing them, the fabric is comfy. You get what you pay for.

In simple words you are professional, credible, efficient and have marvellous appreciation for customers satisfaction. This is not the 1st time i deal with you esteemed company actually it is the 6th time and keep on.

Bought a kimono made of cotton and viscose. Arrived very different material from advertised. Horrible sуnthetics , giving electric sparks and glued to the skin

The garments were the same as in the pictures. Beautiful colors! Size fits also. I'm really happy with my purchase :-)

Although a fairly slow delivery the robe I bought is perfect. Albeit too big! But I ordered larger due to reviews stating they came up small. This kimono certainly didn’t, but as it’s a robe, bigger is good.
Quality fabric and excellent stitching throughout the entire robe. Brilliant. Print is beautiful. Thank you.

Customer service is nonexistent and completely unresponsive until you threaten to cancel your order or dispute the charge. Very disappointed with my experience with this company and won't be purchasing again.

Stay away, company is a scam. I purchased 6 kimonos for a bridal event. At the time of purchase there were options to select different sizes, which unfortunately meant nothing as all the kimonos were one size. Had I known this, I wouldn't have purchased. The order also took nearly 2 months to arrive, which given COVID19 I was open to a delay but not 2 months. Communication with Eva Trends is also terrible. It takes weeks to get a reply and often it's not even an answer to your question but an evasive response that you then need to wait another week for a reply. Avoid.

Hi. I have bought in the last 4 years some very beautiful dresses, mostly silk and cotton, from you.

Problem is, sometimes - not too ofter, but still - the measure was not the one I have ordered (either too big or too small), nor it corresponded to the measurements on the wev site. Too bad, coz there were some beautiful pieces.

Also, some dresses don't have enough measurements, so I couldn't risk buying them, coz it was impossible to picture in my head whether they are fit or not for me. Again, too bad, coz they were actually beautiful

That being said, overall I am pleased - actually quite happy - with most of the silk dresses I bough from you. Looking forward for the above improvement in order to buy more

the item I ordered arrived in a respectable amount of time based on what they said to expect, and it was as pictured, so no complaints there! But item descriptions (namely, sizing details and measurements) were the same for all sizes so not helpful at all. Contacting them via the chat didn't work well (I assume because of the time difference halfway around the globe) and language seems to be a bit of a barrier when trying to explain why it was impossible to choose a size when they're all showing as the same measurements... but the CSR was polite in their replies and genuinely seemed to be trying to provide assistance. I think if they could solve the lack of sizing information on the site, all would be well and I'd certainly consider ordering from them again.

Ordered a robe that was supposed to be silk, but turned out to be polyester. I got a partly refund (hence 2 stars instead of 1), but I'd advise everybody to consider the value of the product and check it carefully upon arrival.

I have had a great experience with Eva Trends. I ordered two of the really cool sweaters, the ones with faces and big floral prints. I ordered 2 sizes larger than what I wear. I got them within 4 weeks. I expected it to take awhile. They are as cute as they show on the website and fit like a big oversize sweater, just what I wanted. Will look great with leggings for the winter. I am sorry that others have not been so lucky.

I love my kiminos! They are super colourful, light and comfy.

Shipping time was good, but my item came with the tag ripped out. I feel like my overalls were probably used and not new, and I don't think it's fair to charge full price for something that appears damaged. But they are cute.

I love my blue bathrobe, I made mistakes and washed them in wash machine and little bit shrieked but it's still Fitts.
I'm definitely ordering more

I love my magenta coat, and also the blue denim coat I purchased a couple of years ago. However, in general I find the sleeves are really too narrow for an outer garment which has to go over a blouse or a sweater..

Didn’t fit, wanted to return the purchase, sent an email but never got an answer!

Products were better than described. Lots of fun.
