Ordered an electronic charger for my new car. Communication was perfect and arrived exactly when they said it would - delighted!

Easy to order and turned up within a few days. Only issue is the number to chase the order was an answer phone . Did worry for a moment we had ordered from a scam site but all turned out okay.

Will installed the Tesla home charger for us. Concerned that running the cable round the edge of the house would look ugly and out of place, Will took the time to find an alternate route through our cellar and out to the charger point. Overall, very pleased with the professional service and neat install, as well as the advice on setting the charger up through the Tesla app. Also good value for money. Highly recommend *****

Product not in stock, although website still shows otherwise. Took pay then offered an alternative that was in stock at a higher price, 4 days after the purchase. Refund was issued

Came when they said and spent as much time as was needed to get the equipment installed. Everything is working well.

Ordered an item 2 weeks ago and still have had no correspondence about when my order will be delivered.
The website has no tracking info.
I've tried calling but no reply,
Emailed with no reply,
Sent a message through the website with no reply.
3 emails asking me to leave a review, so here it is!

EDIT: Did eventually hear from the company, was told item was actually not in stock (still said "In Stock" on site). Sent it out in a different colour (with correct faceplate to follow), and it did then turn up next day. Doesn't excuse the lack of communication or the incorrect stock status, but have added one star because it was sorted eventually, and price was unbeatable.

I was invited to write a review, despite the fact that since ordering on 2nd August, I've:

a) Had no delivery ETA
b) My email asking about this has been ignored
c) My 3 phone calls have all gone unanswered

Happy to revisit this review if/when the charger arrives, but right now I'm unimpressed and not hopeful. I have an installer booked, and currently no idea if there will be a charger for him to install...

They sent the wrong charger out in the post and very slow to respond to emails, but everything got sorted in the end

I ordered a Garo EV charge point distribution board which according to the website was instock ready to dispatch, after four days I get an email saying due to no stock we’re cancelling your order and refunding you, after checking website it still said in stock, I replied to the cancellation email that it was still instock on the website and why did it take four days to notice the had no stock, the reply back to me was if you want you can wait two or three weeks for our order to arrive from Europe, well being in the electrical trade I know that Garo head office and distribution centre is in Birmingham so why say Europe, EVBUG also said in their cancellation email that I could buy the item from my local Denmans instead, but the link they included in the email was for the totally the wrong item.
