No quibble replacement of faulty cable
After 14 months my cable developed a fault. I contacted EV Cable Shop. They replied to my email immediately and arranged a pick up of my old cable and replaced it with a new one without hesitation. It is great to have a company that supports its products as advertised with excellent customer service.

I needed an EV cable quickly
I needed an EV cable quickly as the one Ford supplied was too short. I spoke to EV cables, paying a small delivery charge and they sent a cable out Friday on an overnight delivery, which arrived the next day. They were very helpful on the phone, making sure they could send the cable out prior to my ordering it.
As I have not had the cable for a long period I cannot attest to its longevity. However it works perfectly, has had uses in a couple of stormy evenings and looks of good quality. I have no hesitation to recommend EV cables.
