Do not use this company, they took full payment from me and I never heard a word since. I'm have to attempt to get my money back through the courts now!

Took our payment and then disappeared. No communication at all despite multiple attempts. Taking action with the authorities. Avoid!

At the installation stage Rachael and Craig were very helpful and professional and everything went smoothly. However once I got my EV and had problems with the connectivity of the charger to my phone, I have found it impossible to engage them. They promised to ring back but didn't, there is no reply to my latest WhatsApp message and my email has bounced back. I wonder if they are still in business.

EV Car Charge SE LTD were very helpful initially, took my payment but I had to cancel the order of which they confirm acceptance but did not return my payment and since refuse to reply to emails. Will lodge a claim via the credit card company used to make the payment but I would highly recommend you avoid these dishonest people.

From start to finish a great experience Rachael is very professional and was very good in her response to emails and calls , Craig our fitter was great on time and very clean and tidy with his work , price and workmanship very happy with ev car charge I would recommend definitely cheers guys.

I discovered EV Car Charge SE Ltd when an urgent confirmed installation with a competitor was cancelled very last minute.

With my confidence at a low, I completed an online survey of requirements through ‘Bark’ an online company who suggested 5 providers who would be willing to quote.

Having spoken with several, I found Rachael to be by far the most knowledgeable and reassuring. Kind and understanding of our situation, especially as I was on holiday at the time, Rachael accepted the urgency, quoting there and then and arranging for specialist installer Craig to site visit the next day.

My husband was very impressed with Craig, having met three engineers from different companies prior, Craig was able to answer all his questions, offering to return the very next day to carry out the installation which he gratefully accepted.

An invoice for the exact figure previously quoted was promptly received from Rachael, not a penny extra to take advantage of the urgency, with works completed in a timely and tidy fashion the following day.

My advice would be not to waste precious time in contacting local electricians to complete what is very much a specialist job, but direct enquiries straight to EV Car Charge SE Ltd, experts in their field who incidentally, charged a third less than the company who let us down.

Rachael and Craig thank you; I hope your business thrives as it most definitely deserves to.

Two things that matter most are quality of goods received and customer service. EV Car Charge nailed both. Rachel’s communication was spot on and when something didn’t go as planed, kept me in the loop and worked with me to resolve it (quite refreshing).

If I ever need another install, these guys are top of my list.

It was an excellent service from enquiry to installation. Rachael was very approachable and professional answering every question I raised very reassuringly.
On the day of the installation, Mr. Rowe was equally as professional. He even went above and beyond to register the appliance and complete the registration for me. I couldn't have asked for more.
