Avoid at all cost
Great service and confidence given at point of enquiry and site survey done on video call and quotation very quick.
Once I accepted and fully paid up front (a decision based on initial experience) a decision I certainly regretted quickly.
Once I paid I then experienced very poor communication, delays securing fitting dates with long lead times, once an appointment was finally confirmed it was then cancelled after office hours the night before the planned install by automated email, and all messages to rebook ignores for some time!
After more inconvenient days chasing for revised install date (further weeks of delays) the sub contractor employed to fit the box was shocking in terms of appearance and attitude, who during fitting caused damage to both the inside and outside of my property and tried to hide it from me.
I found later the day of fitting my cooker no longer worked, after emergency electrical assistance was employed the fault was directly related to the EV point fitment (left wires loose in fuse box) which left my home in a very unsafe state.
I have now spent 4 week chasing any ownership at all from this company who employed the installers, ignored emails and calls, and that includes Pauline McLaughlin CEO, doesn’t answer direct messages pleading for assistance, ownership and responses! The saga continues……
Importantly - I had to chase for the legally required electrical install certificate (supplied with errors) and still await the building regs part P application! This potentially stops you being able to sell or rent your property!
The saga continues to get a suitable resolution, avoid this company at all costs
Next stop for me, small claims court building control complaints and also to the relevant electrical trade bodies, these people are not fit to work in peoples homes and leave them unsafe.
