The reason I gave a 5 star is I was unable to adjust the ampage so I message them and they replied with step by step how to guide. Basically it was me not doing it right, but the si ple quick response was great customer service

Did lots of research on 3 pin plug EV chargers, and after weighing up just what you could or couldn’t do, I settled on an excellent discounted item from EV Chargers Direct. Having used it, I can assure you that it works very well on my Cupra Born V3. I bought the EVGIANT Portable Home EV Charger, UK 3-pin to Type 2, Adjustable Output with a Display.
Ordering was easy, and item turned up within 3 days… Excellent, thanks.

The product was a home charger for a hybrid. Plug and play.

Ordered part to ship to wrong address.
I order parts in the evening with wrong shopping address, So I phoned them in the morning to change it. They called back and sorted me mess out. It arrived the following morning.

Great communication. I emailed them with a query and they came back to me quickly to help guide me to which connector I needed and were even able to custom fit the connector I needed onto one of the cables.
The cable was also dispatched and delivered quickly.

Excellent product

Does exactly what I need, but expensive
Does exactly what I need, quality is good and delivery expected, but it is an expensive solution, probably about £50 more than it should be given the cable length and compared to 7m options from alternative suppliers.
Case is not as premium as a £70 5m cable I purchased from Amazon, so have taken 1 star off for each of the two points.
