My order arrives fast and seller is pleasant
Slow in communication, slow in shipping out products. Not recommended.
I ordered two LiFePO4 batteries here on February 2, 2023. (order #BRXKNSXNZ) One week later I still got no update about the status of my order so I sent an e-mail. They answered that my parcel would be sent next week but this did not happen. Only after several more requests and delays they shipped my order. It seemed that nobody assumed responsibility for my order until I asked.
My batteries arrived to my door on February 24th, but because they had not sent me a shipping notice and tracking number I was not home to collect it. I could collect my parcel after the weekend. The batteries were well-packaged and the batteries work fine.
EVEA Kartmasters is not a scam but it was not a pleasant experience ordering there.
