Excellent service all round.
I needed a special limited edition bone china tea cup for daughter. There was a box, but it was empty.
The lady at the desk took my details and within a very short space of time, she had found the missing cup - it was part of a window display and not that obvious - and, not only did we get the cup, we also got the 20% off offer on the last day of that offer!

Really good and caring service, and it's worth joining in the loyalty scheme. In fact it's worth visiting Louth just to browse the store!

Beautiful website, I found the items I was looking for easily. My order was delivered swiftly, (despite ordering a week before Christmas) packaged beautifully with a hand written note. This made my purchase feel extra special. I will definitely be using them again and fully recommend.

Placed an order for a throw and received in good time. The throw is a lovely quality and was presented very well tied with a ribbon. However, my favourite part was the hand-written note inside thanking me for my order - I love that as its such a personal touch!
