Fast, transparent and responsive

I'm an overthinker and over cautious. Thanks to their transparent service and openness to dialogue and questions, everything went smooth and well prepared beforehand to help me relax while enjoying their services. If you are like me, cautious of taking the first step in afraid of diving blindly, just ask what's on your mind and let them help you thru the process. 5/7 perfect score!

Great service (Thx Nick)

I've bought some thing a few times already, they always answer fast, they are very straight forward and even when they were out of supplies (only once) they were very good at kepping me updated and delivered ahead of the promised date when they thought they were going to be re-supplied.

WARNING - not sure if they'll ever fulfil their side of the deal...

When quitting eve I decided to sell to EVE BQ, using their "For Suppliers" page.

It started alright - they accepted my stuff.

Then the problems started...

First, they claim payment issues. OK, there was clear communication on when I can expect payment.

Next, they claim the game is dying, so I guess the plan is to take my items on consignment and pay me as they sell instead of just buying as they agreed.
"EVE seems like is dying faster than i expected. no sales, only sellers messaging me 😄"

Most recently, they mentioned sanctions. I suppose they're in Russia, and dodging sanctions. Not sure if this is just an excuse? Not something I particularly want to be involved in, and something that hasn't been an issue with the money sent so far?
"Sanctions checking blah blah, there are no much left so don't worry"

I've been paid most of what's owed, but there's a repeated pattern of promising to pay, followed by a partial payment or nothing, with the amounts decreasing and now leaning heavily towards nothing.

Now there's no ETA on finishing this or even a payment at all, almost a month later.

My growing frustration isn't just the slow payments, it's also poor communication. They're now often waiting a day for me to follow up before responding at all.

Hello sir! We are sorry that you faced this issues payments speed and overall experience. But let me explain situation for another people who seeing this:

1) Right after deal was done you've been informed that there could be issues with the payments of YOUR choosed payment method. You refused to take PayPal and requested crypto or bank transfer, which leave us unprotected if you decide to "restore" the account. According to deal overall deal amount this why it was you've been paid by parts. Also they were no any word about the sanctions, and if we were from Russia and trying to dodge them - you'll never get your money.

2) There are no any single mention from you that deal is done and you get all of your money (with great buying price actually)

3) You've been offered multiple times to get your stuff back and you can try to sell them to another store, but you refused that, because you well know that you will lose around 30% of your money.

4) Communication issues were connected with the timezones and i can't respond you at night or weekends, due we also have life and another partners to work with. This were closed in 3 weeks, not bad at all, according to off season, market situation and that bad things can happen.
