DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. It is a fake store, I paid $350 for a pair of adidas sambas, they never arrived, I have emailed on serveral occasions asking for my refund or the item itself to be delivered.. each time I get a response from Robbie giving me an excuse about how they are not in stock, lost in transit and so on.. I have emailed Dough Store from a different account asking if the shoes were in stock which Robbie responded with “yes” and a link for them!! 3months later and still no shoes or refund. Scam!

SCAM!!! Warning!!!! Saw a review from Linus TT about a cool monitor but the whole thing ended up being flat out fraud. Took my $1000. Will NOT deliver the device and will NOT return my money either! Do NOT give them your money!

The monitor was alright, but then it started flashing purple from time to time, the the menu control joystick broke off, then Dough acted interest in helping fixing my monitor for over a month gathering information in order to process my RMA. My monitor is still broken and at my house. Eve/Dough stopped responding to my emails on January 17th and has not responded to multiple requests to do so. This company is dangerous and to give them your money is to invite chaos and regret into your life.

Almost a year of waiting for a refund. Ive had about 6 interactions by email with Gino and he keeps telling me he sees my refund in the queue but says "its still processing" and the promises to find a way to speed up the process. In true Ponzi Scheme style im pretty sure theyre floating the company with the money they dupe people into spending on their out dated products.

They have refused to refund me for over a year! Do not give this company your money no matter how bad you want their monitor.

Everything about this has been infuriating and disappointing. The whole process from order to receiving was an absolute disaster. There was delay after delay and at some point the officials started outright lying about whats happening with the shipment of the products. The monitor was delivered with a half finished firmware but otherwise seemed fine and pretty much what I expected. However after a few months a whole column of pixels started displaying colors incorrectly. I contacted support 3 months ago, I still have not gotten an RMA number and I probably never will. They always give me half-assed excuses and postpone to next week.
Please pay a few bucks more and buy a display from an actual company and not from some fraudsters!

Months of shipping delays led me to cancel an order and ask for a refund. Six months later and I am still out of pocket with no refund for the cancelled order.

Customer Service previously promised a refund but nothing ever came of it and now I get a cookie cutter replies saying that issues are being looked into but never a real update.

It's also highly suspicious that the company changed name to "Dough" just as a lot of complaints against Eve were coming to light.

Absolutely do not order from this company. They can not be trusted and I am doubtful anyone since early '22 has received a product or been given a refund for a cancelled order.

If you doubt my review then be sure to check the official Dough forums and the many customers who are furious at how this company is behaving.

i ordered an eve v 5 years ago while i was in grad school (old computer broke and i'm in tech). over the past 5 years i've been emailing the company every few months. after the first 2 years, they stopped responding to that email. when i switched to a different email they started responding to me again but once it was clear i had never received my product, they ghosted me. i kept switching emails and emailing them for another 3 years but it's become very clear they have no intention of ever refunding my purchase or even sending me a damn computer. so f the c-suite of this company and everybody who rips off people like this.

Like many of customers, I reserved my Eve Spectrum QHD out of sheer excitement for the product. April 2020 by putting $100 down to reserve. I again like most people waited a good year and a half with excitement and impatience and I began to email them asking on the status of the shipment. They initially said shipping had been pushed back to October 2021 and it wasn’t until January 2022 they were ready to ship. Still excited about the display, I went ahead and completed the purchase; but by this time I bought a new TV and I was still happy with my current monitor. I requested a refund immediately for the remaining balance I submitted January and by mid February was my order cancelled and refunded. I let them know they hadn’t returned the $100 of my initial payment and deposit and they informed me that their merchant/billing service had changed and amidst the war in Ukraine, a refund would be longer than expected. This request began January 2022, it’s currently August 2022 and I haven’t received my deposit back. It’s no longer about money, it’s about the principle of how one does business and DOUGHTechnology fka Eve Devices is garbage at business.

Bought eve2 as an early bird. Due to covid manufacturing was hit hard. There was a huge delay. Then came the war in Ukraine. Issues in China. I do get that these are uncontrollable circumstances. The product was delayed for a long time. But what was really upsetting and annoying is that they hardly provided any updates until they were hassled into a corner on their forum.

I bucked and got my order refunded. Sadly 2months in I'm still waiting. They say it is in process but from talking to other customers that's what they have been told too and have yet to receive....$AUD2K stolen....and I have no idea what to do about it.

Avoid them honestly. And if you look at their 5 star reviews....all from UA...one of the know region where their business operates from ..

I ordered a monitor 6 months ago and cancelled and requested a refund last month after they failed on every delivery promise.

They told me they would issue a refund 30 days ago and have not refunded, not replying to my emails.

They've found the time to change the company name but not provide any basic level of customer service. Avoid this company like the plague.

Payed in full right away (1042€), no delivery, no refund after cancellation. Now they have renamed themselves to Dough. Beware, this is a scam! Don't be fooled by their promises.

After months of waiting for a monitor they promised to deliver in time I decided to refund. I waited for so long I went to buy an LG. Issued the refund and have not received it since.

Multiple message saying it will be refunding within 7 business days. Then they apologized and said 20 business days. Its been about 6 months now since I issued my refund. Still no money.

TL;DR Do not shop with Eve, it's as close as you can get to a scam and stay in business.

I've had an Eve Spectrum 1440p 280hz monitor on order for so long now I've actually forgotten the date of purchase, but it's probably circa 2 years. Fast forward to May of this year I got understandably sick of waiting, and since there are similarly spec'd similarly priced monitors available to buy just about anywhere now, I decided to cancel the €717 order and requested a refund. I was told I would receive a refund within 20 business days. Well, it's over a month later and I've had no refund. I've contacted customer support on multiple occasions, spoken to Wayne, spoken to Lucy, who to be fair have always been very professional, but have not given me a refund. And now I'm sick of it, so I'm going to spend the weekend writing reviews all over the internet, on social media, and contacting various trading standards authorities, to make sure no one makes the same foolish mistake I have.

Do not give this company your money. A quick look at online customer reviews tells you Eve Devices cannot be trusted. I know it's tempting as they're promising a dream device, and you'll be able to find reviews from customers that got lucky and received a product, but that's all it was. Luck. If you make a purchase from Eve you're essentially buying a lottery ticket that costs in excess of £600 and if you get lucky and "win", according to reviews online, Eve will charge you another £150 for shipping. Don't be a fool.

Suddenly Eve requested 150 USD for shipping which I declined and asked for a full refund. The order was cancelled 25May'22 and today (6Jul'22) still haven't received my refund. I'm chasing daily, but still no sight of my refund/money.

Was an early backer and received a product that really didn't meet specs. Returned the product for a refund, which I never received. Worked with support for a while to try and get my money back. Lots of promises, but then they just stopped. Scammers.

The order never came after more than three months wait. Refund takes 20 days and they would say they made a mistake that they didn’t process the refund the first time and saying they will take another 20 days to refund - very much doubt it will be refunded now. Do not buy from eve it is confirmed SCAM

2 years ago placed the order. No sign of it. Reassured by their customer service innumerable times. Now requested a refund and “assured” it is being processed. Just a complete rip off. I am now having to go to my card company to get me money back.

Everything you’ve read online about this company is true… their products are real, but their practices are terrible. Endless delays, poor transparency, horrible support and arguably fraudulent money practices cement their position as a hard pass. Avoid doing business with them at all costs…
My experience:
Cancelled my order, and they supposedly refunded me. However the time window they gave me came and went, with no refund in sight. Had to file a chargeback to get my money back. They also will not refund deposits unless you email them your bank account number, or accept a gift card... having done so, the refund is nowhere to be found months later. Inquiries are ignored.
