I have recently purchased a property through Eveleighs and my experience was positive in every way. Every attempt was made to answer my questions at the time of viewing and where clarification on any point was needed throughout the process this was swiftly sought and the information passed to me.

The excellent service and support I have received leaves me with no hesitation in instructing Eveleighs when the time comes for me to move again and I can only given the company my highest recommendation.

Eveleighs were fantastic from start to finish with our house move. As a prospective tenant from abroad, I was navigating the rental market in the UK for the first time, and Gemma made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was the only one throughout my experience to take the extra time to help me find the perfect rental.

From the very beginning, Gemma was incredibly responsive and attentive. She promptly answered all my questions, no matter how detailed or specific they were. She replied almost immediately after I put in an enquiry as well. From then on, she provided clear and helpful information, ensuring I understood the process and felt comfortable with the arrangements.

One huge thing that stood out to me was Gemma’s willingness to go the extra mile. When I needed some extra time to prepare for the move, for example, Gemma was understanding and accommodating, working between the landlord and I to make sure everything went smoothly. She made sure any necessary adjustments were included in the tenancy agreement, with no hassle whatsoever.

Throughout our communication, Gemma was always professional yet super friendly. She made me feel valued and welcomed, and seemed genuinely invested in helping me settle on a place to live.
