Very Dissatisfied - Placed order in early June and still have not received merchandise and have heard nothing from merchant.

Ordered $300. from internet looking for different designs. Received items, decided immediately that I was taken for a ride. Quality was low. Shoes were hard, didn't even try on. Contacted them with no response. Internet said 30 return policy no problem. Gave most to Good Will.

NO idea the label was from Asia. The site looks SO Australian.
Tracking … is ridiculous, use a fortune teller instead.
Time line … book a flight OS and go to factory it would be quicker.
Customer service… they have never heard of it!
Response to emails… Absolutely none - I think they are still using carrier pigeons.
If and when the items arrive… I think the charity store will be getting donations or my friend for her patch work material.
Disgusting all round.

I made a purchase on 7/20/25. Items have not arrived and have heard nothing. Very disappointed with merchant.

Do not buy for this scam company. It’s not legit you won’t get your items and if you do it won’t be what you thought you were getting. They keep posting a picture of a mother and daughter team saying they are closing soon it’s all a scam. Don’t buy!!

Ordered merchandise on the 19th of June , never arrived, it’s been 2 months.

NO stars, actually. After two months of numerous emails, not receiving my order, being told it was coming, then being told I would have to submit a dispute through my payment method (Evelyn would not refund it) if I wanted a refund, I gave up and reported them to Chase. Chase immediately (like in under 2 minutes) refunded my payment, so I am assuming they know this company is fraudulent, or they would have had a longer investigation. Do NOT order from this company.

This store us a scam. The pairs of shoes were supposed an orthopedic but it is a piece of crap. It came straight from China I guess so it took a long time to atrive. No return address. I could not communicate with them on email. Couldn't get money back. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

Total SCAM, received cheap, piece of junk and wouldn't provide a complete address for a return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

My dress arrived and I followed the size guidelines and it was extremely small. Have emailed the company three times to get instructions on how to return and have heard nothing!!! I paid 50.00 and want a refund. Hope to hear from this company - my first experience and so far it has not been good!!! Barbara Stay

I ordered a dress on June 22nd, 2025. It is now August 5th and the dress has not yet arrived. Am wondering if this is a scam. My credit card was encumbered when ordering the item.

I ordered multiple items on June 20, 2025 and still have not received any items. I have reached out to Evelyn's on multiple dates, but now they are sending me to Spotify to receive my refund. I chatted with Spotify and was told to contact Evelyn's Boutique. I am going to call my bank and let them deal with them. It is shameful to take someone's money and not deliver their order.

I ordered an item on June 19, 2025 and it still hasn't arrived. While advertised as a San Francisco-based clothing company, it appears to ship from China. I've contacted the company via email on July 27 to cancel my order, as I was tired of waiting, but I haven't heard anything back.

I ordered a pair of men’s leather sandals for $69.99. I received a cheap pair of plastic sandals that does not match the picture in the advertisement.

They advertised as a San Francisco area boutique, but the merchandise was shipped from China. After patiently waiting for items to arrive after a shipping delay, they arrived in beaten up bags. Of the four things that I ordered, only one item (a dress) was of decent quality of material and the size was somewhat accurate. The other three blouses that I ordered had a really thin, itchy fabric that was poorly sewn. I ordered the same size but the variation in fit was unacceptable. None of the blouses fit. I contacted them to exchange the items because I didn't trust shipping them back to Asia at my expense rather than to San Fransisco. They have not responded. Today, their website appears to be unoperational. I agree with other reviewed that I have been spammed and have lost the money paid.
