The products I ordered while very nice are just not what I was expecting. I decided I wanted to return them. I went to the website which says I have 14 days after I received my order to return it. They give 2 email addresses to request your return. I have sent email to both addresses and not heard back from them at all. Seems like they are not willing to take returns.

No response from emails, tracking was screwed up. I’m Just disappointed in no response to emails

This is perfect, it’s just like the picture, GREAT PRICE, free shipping and arrived in only a couple days. And came with a little bag for the bracelets that I was worried I would have to go out and find and purchase myself. Thank you!!!

I ordered 2 necklaces and got the confirmation email almost immediately. I received shipping information 2 days later and my items arrived the next day. Way sooner than expected. I would definitely order from here again.

So, I thought I wasn't completely satisfied because the stone that I received on my pendant was not as luminescent as it was in the photos, however, I decided to wear it tonight... and also decided I want it, and it's mine, exactly as it is... And I love it, exactly as is..

I was impress with the service and delivery
I ordered from another supplier a few days before the order went out to Evelyncreations. I still HAVE NOT received the first order but have received the Evelyncreations order within a week or 10 days..

I was very disappointed when my two bracelets arrived. The colors were not what was represented in the pictures. One of the bracelets I ordered was supposed to have a large white crystal and it had none? Will not order from here again and do not recommend this company.
