Please do not use them
Please go to a dentist/orthodontist. Started in June of 2024, paid $5000 and was told covered entire cost of treatment.
Numerous delays, reps quit and change quite often leaving patient without follow up for several months.
Finally had a virtual visit with their provider a month ago, was told needed another few sets of aligners and would be done. A month has passed, no one has contacted me to begin new set of aligners. Multiple calls and emails have been unanswered. Finally reached someone on the scan app and was told I had to pay $650 for the new aligners as I am only allowed four? Was not aware of such a limit. I paid it and was promised a call to set up an appointment. As expected, no call and wearing same aligners for two plus months.
Have emailed and called and still no response. So disappointed in their level of service.
