I read about delivering time on a…

I read about delivering time on a couple of blogs that it will delay by 3 weeks but event direct did a perfect job. I am impressed how quick my items were delivered and exactly what I have ordered. More will follow soon. Thanks

Excellent customer service

Update: after I returned the items, one of the staff member spoke with me and they resolved my issues. Now, that’s customer satisfaction at its best! I’m purchasing there again and I absolutely recommend event decor direct.

My regrets

This used to be a good company. I don't know what happened to them. Orders are incomplete, they don't own up to their mistakes and staff are incompetent. They're terrible with large orders. I've lost so much money dealing with them.

Great company they stand by their…

Great company they stand by their product. Excellent customer service and excellent shipping. No back and forward about a problem. Love your products I've been ordering from this company for about 5 years. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The customer service has been terrific - especially since I am from overseas and the time difference!

You selected Free Ground shipping, which can have a processing time of 3-5 business days depending on what is on the order. Your order has fabric drapes that require cutting and sewing from our fabric department, which does put your order at the maximum processing time 5 business days. You should receive your order on or before the 29th of April, which is in the normal processing time allotted for Free Ground Shipping. If you require the order prior to April 29th, please contact our office to upgrade the shipping to a more expedited method.
