I ordered 3 large tablecloths from Eventstable. Although my order was not listed in the exclusions for returns, the company will not accept a return and I am emailing customer service again. The product was never used and i just needed a different size. Please be very careful of this company
SCAM ARTISTS! Ordered and paid for chairs in February 2025 and still have not received them. For months they have promised delivery but they never came. We asked for refund and it has never come either. It has now been over 3 months. Can provide many, many, emails for proof. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I purchased tables for here for my company. Spent a good amount of money. When delivered they left my tables outside, no call, or check in was done. I struggled getting the tables in building in 100-degree weather. When I called, I was told we don't give WHITE GLOVE SERVICE!!! WTW! delivery at a hotel with a dock, is not white glove service. it is common sense.....NEVER will I spend 7k again with this company
I was quoted two different prices for the same item by two different employees. The first employee said that the item cannot be further discounted because it was on clearance. The second employee scolded me for not working with a salesperson.
I purchased 20 chairs "on clearance". When factoring in shipping costs, it would have been cheaper to simply purchase folding chairs retail at a local department store.
I purchased chairs from this seller. The finish was very poor quality and one chair came with a hole in the cane back for which they were unwilling process a replacement. I requested a replacement for one chair and they denied my request for return stating the chairs are produced in bulk for commercial use which opens up the chance for imperfections and blemishes such as this one. I think thats unacceptable. It was never stated on there website to expect damaged items otherwise I wouldnt have purchased them to begin with.
