Good overall, minor confusion in relation to claiming ticket
Received status updates and then the email with the tickets with ease. Only complaint was claiming the ticket, as I clicked on the link - but didn't receive any notification to show I had indeed claimed my tickets (option to add to Apple Wallet, but not Google Wallet). When I logged on, it appeared as though I still had to claim my tickets even after I had done so.

Since everything is on the internet and digital these days it would only make sense that when I buy tickets to an event, I get the digital tickets immediately and at the least the same day. Mine show processing. Wtf

Do not use this site if it comes up! I clicked on what I thought was a reliable link to buy tickets in my area and instead it routed me here where I paid three times the amount for a ticket when there were plenty available still at the event. Seems like some sort of fraud or cyber attack they are using on other websites.

When I got started ordering my tickets it said there were only 1% of tickets available. Qe were given choice of high tickets. When we got there, there were empty seats everywhere all night. Not just random seats but whole parts of rows.

Purchased 850.00 worth of tickets for Nitro Circus in May 2025, for the November show. The show got canceled and no new show has been rescheduled. I have not received any refund and am very disappointed, in the service when I call.

I was charged $189.00 for two tickets that only cost $38 each. Then they ended up being in the handicapped section. The box office was able to switch my seats. I learned an expensive lesson! Never to use your site again!!! How can you in good conscience overcharge innocent people like this? So sad!!!
