First time shopper at EVEO and was pleased: site was east to navigate, I found exactly what I was looking for, the product arrived very promptly, and what I purchased is doing a good job, just as I had hoped.

I ordered this record cleaning kit and to my surprise it arrived the every next day and is all that I had hoped it would be. It's a slightly smaller version of one that I had years ago and seems to work very well!

I received a record player for a gift was excited to learn about maintaining my records. I was able to purchase directly from EVEO instead of Amazon and was highly anticipating receiving my order. However, two days after receiving confirmation of my order I received another confirmation from EVEO stating I owe them the same amount I'd already paid. This new balance was to cover the balance of a second order that I did not place. I reached out to customer service and was helped by getting the second order cancelled and a refund. Everything was great until the final email from EVEO another day later, stating my entire order was cancelled. While the communication to resolve the initial issue was at standard, there was somehow still a miscommunication. I still don't know why or how the second order came about, and I don't know why the order was fully cancelled despite me explicitly saying I only wanted the first order. I have purchased my record cleaning tools with another company.

I ordered a product, and they didn't send it and gave me zero reason why. My money was refunded, but as a result, I won't order from the company again

From cleaning cell phone screens to TV screens to computer screens this is an excellent product. We have a mastiff who loves to fling her slobber around and it ends up everywhere, including screens. This spray efficiently removed the dried mess with very little rubbing involved. Would recommend this spray to anyone.

I love your products but I use up microfiber towels faster than cleaner, I hate using dirty towels, and you don't sell the towels seperately.

The product is great. It doesn’t fit the area I need it for so I had to reach out to customer service. They were extremely quick with a response and solution.

Had some hiccups with receiving the wrong cable runners multiple times in a row, but customer service is very good. Quick responses and quick action to address the issue were definitely a plus. I kept receiving the incorrect width, which there is nothing on the product's box that indicates the width; only the length is on there. I think that adding the width would significantly minimize these errors. Anyway, I took one star off for the repeated errors, but customer service is 5 stars.

Fast delivery, decent price, and super easy to set up!

I ordered 3 cable concealers. They sent it in 3 different shipments. Two were fake shipments the other one arrived with only one piece in it and taped up.

The package was received in a nice timely basis, I like the spray. The only thing I sort of notice is that the 2 towelettes included work for a bit, but dont expect it to work well in the long run, you'll have to order more drying towels

I ordered the vinyl cleaning kit and never got confirmation it was sent out , I had to reach out to confirm I was getting it and I was told it would arrive on October 20th and I never got it , never received a tracking number either , reached out and was told it was canceled because of "address" issues .

The part was defective and received a replacement in just one day! Awesome service.

I have used this screencleaner for several months with great satisfaction. I consider that this product³positively is /does as it is advertised to do. Thus my reorder. I hope this product will continue to be available. There is no visible evidence that this product has in any way done anything but clean TV and computer screens marvelously
