Would be a zero of that was possible. Poor quality and poor fitting clothes. Even poorer customer service. In terms and conditions is no mentioning of any costs for returns. If you contact customer service they waste your time by keep trying to make you keep the clothes with discout because of high return costs to China. Been at it for more then a week now, but still no return label but discount is up to 50%. I do not wat to keep since they do not fit. Very very bad!!!

I did see 3 Nice dresses on tik tok. I ordered size L. The dresses did arrive after 11 weeks from China. I had to pay 100 Euro import taxes. The dresses were in awful acrylique .The worst quality that exists. The dresses were not the correct size. I received 3 XXL sizes. Impossible to return. Shipping to China is very expensive. Don't buy from this site!

Ordered several items from their website and never received the items. I attempted several times to contact through their Contact Us link but never got a response. Don't waste your money or time.

The quality is NOT good. Cheap fabric on a dress that stretches and becomes see through at the chest (I do not even have large breast) which makes the top of the dress look lighter and made of different fabric. They offer returns but only if you pay all of the import fees etc for China. Honestly not worth the money or hassle at all.

I ordered a few dresses from them. It’s been two months and I haven’t received them. I sent numerPi’s emails. No response.

Don’t ‘t buy anything. Bad quality, bad customer service, please don’t do it.

The product quality is good but they do not accept returns. The website states they do but when you try to return something you have to qualify your return, ie, please provide pics of why the product is not as expected or provide pics of the measurements of item vs the sizing chart. No other clothing brand does this in my experience.

Worst experience to send back the item. I purchased an item in November and still back and forth with them to return the item and get my money back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Website advertises 1-5 days processing and 5-12 days delivery. Does not state working days. Spent almost $200 on 3/7. On 3/17 after 10 days of waiting for shipping information they stated “ 5 items will be shipped within 20 hours and you will receive it within 8-15 working days”. Then the tracking number wasn’t trackable so I emailed them again on 3/29. Provided me a different tracking site. Turns out it wasn’t even packaged until 3/19 according to the new tracking information. 3/30 Now they are telling me 10-20 more working days ? And the dresses I ordered for an event will not be here in time.

If I could give zero stars I would. My order hasn’t arrived and the courier has provided a photo of a delivery point (Hermes (Evri) surprise surprise) that is not mine. Hermes told me to contact everbel and they tell me to contact Hermes … no one will take responsibility. Luckily I paid via PayPal and have raised a complaint- I never usually buy from these type of sites and on my first (and last) attempt I was proven to be right! Utter rubbish DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Terrible. Ordered 2 outfits. Looked great on Tik tok. awful quality - cheap lycra material - looks like gym gear when it's supposed to be a dress that swishes and a pant suit. Looks great on the ads but it must be a different outfit. been contacting them for over a week and they say I must pay to ship goods back to China. The goods came from the UK so that can't be right - avoid.

I ordered a dress. I’m a uk size 8 and ordered ‘small’ which is their smallest size . The dress was just passed the models knee in the photos. I am 5ft 8 so quite tall. The dress arrived and was made of cheap material, was huge and touched the ground when I tried it on. I followed their instructions and contacted them to ask for a returns slip. I waiting four days for a reply and was asked to take photos of the dress. When i refused, I was asked if I could take the dress to a tailors to be altered and they would offer me a 15% discount on my next order. 25 emails later- I still don’t have a returns slip or any sign of refund. Avoid this company. They dont have social media pages ( apart from Tik tok ads) so hopefully the message of how terrible they are will reach people in other ways.

They do not sell what they advertise I ordered a beautiful blazer dress which looked great on the photo but came as a massive dressing gown it did not cover up my groin area and was 3 sizes too big when i ordered a small. Shipping was long as well
