I highly recommend Everbright if you are looking for new windows and doors. I am a returning customer to them, such was the high standard of the first job. We have used Everbright before for replacement windows and had no hesitation at all in asking them to replace our conservatory with one with a warm roof.
The sales experience was refreshingly civilised with no pressure, willingness to listen to exactly what the customer wants and to quote accordingly. Changes to the order were readily accepted and acted upon without any hassle.
Installation was carried out on time and with care and understanding, leaving the site clean and tidy and attending to any detail points.
Overall a very pleasant experience (unusual for a building project!). Highly recommended.

Martin and Rebecca were very helpful and professional throughout the whole process for our replacement windows and doors and Cliff and Mo did an excellent job with the installation and left everything tidy.

Firstly Everbright do not use sales people so no pressure is put upon you when considering to use thier services. They are a very friendly team. Excellent communication skills. They are available to assist you after installation whenever you need them.
We have now purchased from them twice.

Just had new windows and doors fitted by Everbright to replace our old rotten wooden ones. Everything was taken care of from start to finish by Martin and Rebecca making the whole process completely stress free. They were expertly installed by Mo and Cliff. We would highly recommend Everbright.

Replacement back door, called Everbright they were very pleasant and accommodating and came out the same day to do a quote. Helpful and informative and again provided a quote later that same day. Worked around our holiday plans and did a neat and tidy job. Very happy with the service the company provided.

Had composite front door fitted by Everbright. Excellent service from Martin from the initial apppointment at home to the ordering and fitting. I changed the colour of the handles after the order was placed and Rebecca sorted it out with no fuss. The fitting was carried out by Mo and Cliff who arrived promptly and did a great job and cleaned up after them. Great door too

I popped into the showroom and spoke to Martin. He was very helpful and we were able to set a quick time for his team to come and service the patio doors and replace a broken restrictor.

The guys were professional and work was completed in a timely manner, with tidiness too. Would definitely recommend.

We had a double glazed window that had broken and contacted Everbright who called promptly and gave us the quote same day, which we accepted, then an installation date of 23/10 pm. They arrived early but that suited us and job was completed in under 2 hours very nice neat job, installers very helpful. Will use them again if needed.
