If i can give minus 100 stars i…

If i can give minus 100 stars i would!!!

This company has been the absolute WORSE to deal with to the point I am creating an account just to tell others to avoid them like a plague. I have had an order pending from them since December. And a refund request that is pushing 2 months at this point.

The support team cannot be called support - they respond with the least amount of support physically possible and are carbon copy responses (I will check this with the team - Jessica). They are rude and abrupt. Their products arent even unique to them.

I feel so frustrated and ripped off, i wish i checked reviews before i decided to buy that ring.

Avoid. Them. Like. The. Plague.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

This company has been the absolute WORSE to deal with to the point I am creating an account just to tell others to avoid them like a plague. I have had an order pending from them for 4. Months. And a refund request that is looking like it might reach 2 months at this stage.

The support team cannot be called support - they respond with the least amount of support physically possible and are carbon copy responses (I will check this with the team - Jessica). Furthermore, when Evercoven does follow through, they cannot do so correctly. Apparently they have a 99% fee on refunds because they only provide me a 1% refund of my payment and then have ghosted me for 2 week. (Funny if I wasn't so annoyed and frustrated).

At this point, because the products aren't even unique to them, I've gone through and purchased the rings I wanted through a different seller (and got them within 2 weeks WITH engravings).

Avoid. Them. Like. The. Plague.

Massive scammers

Massive scammers, just search for that reddit thread about the timekeeper handbag or something. Essentially they take your money real quick, promise 4-7 business days for shipping, then take supposedly months (most people never get their orders), all while their customer service spews some BS about "experiencing delays" when you ask kindly and then gets more and more aggressive as you attempt to get a refund.

0 stars! Rubbish scammers

I would actaully give them 0 stars if i could. Never received order. Emailed several times and got a generic email back saying they were revamping their support team and that they'd get back in 48 hrs which of course they didn't. Only when I said i would report them to trading standards did they reply with a threat of legal action against me! Utter joke!
They have been reported. Don't use them. Horrible scammer company, only wish i'd seen how horrible they were before I placed an order.

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service. Ordered item 6th Feb where it said it would arrive in about 7 days. Still had nothing 22nd Feb so emailed them. Received a response quite quickly saying didn't I get their email if not they would resend. I requested they resend it. Hadn't heard anything so chased 27th Feb. Response was incredibly rude. Telling me to calm down and no business responds instantly and that isnt the way things work. Certainly won't be buying from.here again or recommending them to anyone

This girl jessica from their support team, after I didn't received my necklace, I told them I will pursue with the bank threat me for legal action against, woa, worst sca, ever that scam site should be shutdown !.

Unprofessional bullies. Avoid.

What a terrible company. I purchased a bag with them on 9th November. It still had not arrived by mid-January. I pursued this over the several months, first starting to query it around ten days after purchase, as that was the stated shipping time, and I hadn’t even received a shipping confirmation. They explained that the items were delayed. No problem, no rush. Chased up again about two weeks later, was told it would ship that week. Chased up a week later as no shipping confirmation received, got a reply saying they would look into it. Chased up again a week after this (it is now mid-December). Advised they were ‘way more delayed than initially expected’, but that they would get ‘fully caught up in the next day or so’. Chased up again a week later as no shipping notification, was advised it had been sent (23rd December). Chased this up again on 12th January when item still had not arrived. Got an email saying ‘it seems they may have used a different tracking number’ (not sure how this was relevant) and that they would chase it up. Emailed again a week later asking for an update, and finally the response was ‘it seems there is an issue on our end, shall we just go with a refund?’ I agreed to this, although was disappointed, as the product looked great. They said they would start processing the cancellation. I looked elsewhere, found the product on Amazon (much cheaper!), and purchased there.

A week later, I had received no refund, and no update. Chased this up and received the response ‘it will post early this week’. I expressed confusion, stating that we had agreed a refund and I no longer wanted the item, so could they please organise the refund and not post it? I then received a very rude response (bearing in mind the email communication so far had not been particularly professional, with no greeting at the top and no name signed at the bottom), saying ‘I'm not sure what you mean? In my previous email I said the refund would post this week, nothing about the product?’. This was where I started to get really worried. So far, although I had not been impressed with the lack of professionalism, the emails had mostly been polite. I looked on reviews elsewhere and saw that other people had been spoken to rudely and then been threatened with the involvement of Evercoven’s ‘legal team’ if they had said they would pursue a refund through their bank or similar.

This is when it got very interesting. I received a very polite, professional email from the company saying ‘We're working on revamping our support team currently. We initially used a 3rd party service to handle our customer support tickets, but it seems a lot of our customers had a bad experience with them (a few bad apples kept making harsh statements), so we've decided to bring it back in-house.’ This reassured me, so I continued to communicate with the ‘new’ team. I was promised the refund would be in my account within 3 business days. 3 business days go by, no refund. Chased this up, no response. Chased up again 48 hours later (based on their own assertion that they tried to get back to customers within 48 hours), no response. Only when I said that if I didn’t get a response or refund by Monday I would involve me bank did I get a VERY fast response threatening to involve the legal team, just as they had done before they claimed to have totally revamped the support team.

The item, surprisingly, has now arrived, but I no longer want it as I have purchased elsewhere following their offer of a refund. I have contacted the company saying so, but received no response. My next step will be contacting my bank to instigate a chargeback.

All this to support my next statement: avoid this company. They are unprofessional and attempt to intimidate people by threatening legal action when all they have done is chase up promised refunds. You may or may not get the item, but you can buy it a lot cheaper and a lot quicker on Amazon. Do that and avoid Evercoven.

UPDATE: contacted my bank to start a chargeback and immediately got a refund, so Evercoven know they've not got a leg to stand on.

Don't waste your time . . .

Like so many, this doesn't deserve even one star. I guess the threatened legal action response is their "thing". I have been waiting almost TWO MONTHS and have received nothing but lip service, but no product. I asked for my order to be canceled and this was Jessica S.'s response on behalf of the support team: "Since you're threatening us, we're now getting our legal team to take action and we're going to sue you for everything you got".

. . . surprised she didn't threaten me with hard time in Ilanquio prison. Because that's what you deserve when you request to cancel an order that was placed a month and a half ago and not fulfilled? Great business model and SUPER professional response.

These sham / scam retail fronts (and the fake "going out of business" stores) on Facebook should be taken down. I've fallen for the BS twice and no more.

The worst company ever

The worst company ever, I ordered my forager bag months ago, trusting this company so advertised on the internet. I have yet to receive my bag, only messages saying that shipping is delayed. Now I received a message asking if I have trouble reading , what an insult !

One bitten twice shy.

Should have checked on Trustpilot before ordering online.
It’s only been a week since ordering but should have been suspicious with no tracking number on receipt,have tried emailing without success.
The promise of quick delivery,easy refund and life time replacement was all too good.
That alone should have set the alarm bells ringing.
Never again without checking Trustpilot first.
After waiting for over 2 months I informed my bank of the position I was in and with there help had the money back in my account within a week.
Please don’t even consider trusting this terrible company .

Can I give this company a "0" star?
I had the same experience as others have written here. I do think it is a total scam.
I ordered on Nov 10 and despite many emails and responses about overwhelming orders and delays, my tracking number they gave never updated. I am 7 weeks out from my order date.
I have now taken this up with my credit card company.
DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

No product dispatched, terrible customer service

Same as the other reviewers, they didn’t dispatch for weeks, only sent their “sorry we’re having delays” email once I chased them, then started getting cranky with me so I said give me a refund in 24 hours or I get it from my credit card company. Didn’t receive refund but did receive an email saying they’re going to send all my details to every major credit card network and get me blacklisted from buying online to punish me 😅 I don’t think they’re a legit company, but if they are damn their customer service is awful

Awful experience

Similar experience to others. Ordered on the 28th October. Initial delivery timetable elapsed. Informed of delays, after the fact. Kept being fobbed off with really poor communication. Expressed my dissatisfaction and was met with entirely unprofessional responses. Opted for my bank to intervene. Product actually available for much cheaper on Shein. Please avoid at all cost.

WONT SHIP, won't refund, horrible company

i placed an order with this company in Oct 2025. it said 5-7 biz days for shipping. after a few weeks, i reached out. i received weird automated responses, telling me they were experiencing delays, etc. i continued to check in, and finally was told my order would be shipped at the end of Nov. then nothing. a few days ago, i wrote again, asking if their website was "for real", asking for my merchandise or a refund, and asked if i would have to report them to my bank. i received a one sentence response saying "we are contacting our legal team because you are threatening us." in NO way was i threatening - simply inquiring about my order status. i will have to go to my bank to file a report tmrw, but this company, at BEST, has terrible customer service. to me, it 1000% feels like a scam. the customer service # doesn't work, either. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to be ripped off and threatened by *them.

I placed an order over 6 weeks ago. Got refund.

I placed an order 5 weeks ago. It has still not been dispatched and only get a very short automated response to email enquiries. I will update review if something changes.
It is now over 6 weeks since I placed my order. I emailed them requesting a refund. They replied saying would dispatch in the coming week be ok. I said 'yes'. It hasn't been dispatched, despite another week passing. Order placed 30th October. I am writing this on 16th December. My order is still unfulfilled.
Eventually, I told them that I wanted a refund otherwise I would go to my bank. I had the same response from them as the girl below. They said that I was threatening them when I wasn't. Swore at me, blasphemed and called me 'daft'. But I was persistent as I felt that I had nothing to lose. Anyway, long story short I did get a refund after numerous emails and so I have upped the stars from 1 to 2. Horrendous experience. Goods weren't dispatched in over 6 weeks and their customer service is dreadful. They have no respect for the customer and will insult and swear at you. Strange experience. Ultimately, though after being persistent I got a refund and so I recommend anyone having a bad experience with this company to be very persistent.
