Amazing. All done and dusted within a week of ordering with Adam. Very friendly and informative. No upfront payments required which I like a lot as they do not expect payment until I was happy with the finished job. Job completed in double quick time by Ryan and the guys. No fuss no mess and a quality product. Excellent value for money. Well done Eve Renewables Ltd. Will definitely recommend to others.

From ordering my system with Adam Morley and to the completion of the solar panels and battery being fitted for my 5.4kw system, Adam, Ryan and all involved have provided a first class service. Everything that was promised has been completed, I have been kept in the loop at all times in relation to erection and dismantling of scaffolding, the fitment of the solar panels by the roofers and the electric work by Ryan. Everything has been cleaned up after the work was completed. Ryan passed the information to me about how to use the app and who to contact if there any problems. Great team work by all involved and a quality product installed.

I had looked into solar and battery systems for some time. I approached a number of companies for surveys and quotes. One company gave me information that I later found out to be incorrect. Another company was too inflexible.

I later contacted Eve Renewables and Adam was excellent! On the first phone call, he explained information clearly and it all checked out. He was not pushy and really listened to what I wanted/needed.

The price of Eve Renewables was lower than the quotes from the other two companies and better value than anything I could find online. Adam didn’t try to ‘upsell’ to a bigger system and even advised me not to buy something he knew I didn’t need.

Adam got the ball rolling, sorted out the paper work and the installation was booked. The electrician (Ryan) came round to check the system requirements before the installation and confirmed the location of the batteries and inverter. His attention to detail was excellent.

The scaffolding went up the day before the installation as planned.

On the morning of the installation, Adam and Ryan arrived on site. They were very polite and respectful in the house. The roofers (also polite and respectful) arrived on time and got to work. The installation was exactly as described. The panels looked neat on the roof and the wiring was precise. Everything was done by 12noon. The scaffolding was down by 1.30pm.

Ryan helped me set up the app on my phone. I could start seeing how much money I was saving immediately.

It is no exaggeration to say that this was the best customer service experience I have ever had. I am delighted with the quality of the workmanship and the technology provided.

It's almost 2 months since we had our battery/solar installation fitted by Eve Renewables and it is the best 'fit and forget' money saving solution I've ever seen! The 'app', that keeps you informed on system performance, is easy use and very informative - even more so now we're seeing some sun! However, this follow up review concerns a power issue at our property last night. The house lights were flickering quite badly and the TV screen kept flashing on and off. I immediately 'assumed' it was the battery system causing the issue and on checking the system inverter, it was indeed in a fault condition. A quick text to Ryan, our installation contact, and he rang me straight back, it was 7pm! A few quick checks identified the system was fine and it was the in coming mains that had generated a safety trip. We then had a total power outage for a few hours. Once power was restored the system rebooted itself and was back functioning without any drama. It was late when the power came back on hence I didn't message Ryan at that hour, I thought I'd leave it until the morning. By 7am I'd already had a text from Ryan making sure everything was back up and running OK! That's what I call fantastic customer service. My thanks to both Ryan and Eve Renewables, who continue to impress.

From start to finish Eve Renewables have excelled in their approach to work and their professionalism throughout the whole process of getting a solar panel and battery package installed at my property.

I had shown interest in solar panels through browsing however had not been committed at the time. Due to this I had many enquiries from installers which I didn't want and were duly rejected due to them making me feel pressured into buying a package from their respective companies.

However, a period of time later Eve renewables called and enquired if I was interested. Their approach had no pressure attached to the purchase of the panels and encouraged me to investigate further through a visit where they could show me the data and benefits of having a solar package installed. A lad called Andy came to my house and went through all the data. He also looked around the property to calculate how many panels I could support and produced estimates of the benefits of the system and the finance options. He was very professional and informative. Also no pressure was applied to purchase the system throughout the estimation process. This was in October. I wasn't ready to commit at the time and we agreed he would contact me in February the following year. He actually called in the January where he offered a reduction in the price due a scheme they were offering customers at the time. I agreed to purchase and then lift off happened.

Adam called and walked me through the schedule the same day and was able to arrange a survey the following day promptly. Survey was completed along with drone shots and the lad who completed this was very approachable with the varying questions and quite accommodating. Once completed Adam was able to arrange scaffold and install date at a time and date convenient to me without any bother.

Scaffold was put up without issue and the following day Adam, Ryan and the roofers arrived to instal the solar panel package. They were very professional in their approach to the install. They were approachable, friendly and nothing was too much for them. They answered a plethora of questions about the system and were just great! Once completed Adam sent all the relevant paperwork including step by step instruction which was easy to follow in completing the set up with my energy provider. The followup support has also been exceptional. Once the system was fitted Ryan was able to set the system up remotely so I was able to take advantage of the benefits the system offered.

All in all a very happy and satisfied customer.

Recently had solar panels installed by Everenewables, excellent service from start to finish. Scaffold up one day, next day installation complete and scaffold down. No mess and professional installation by all who attended, very friendly and helpful..

I would definately recommend this company. The sales rep, Andy, explained everything thoroughly, and i asked lots of questions, and i was given payment options and time to think it over. No pressure whatsoever. When we agreed to go ahead the panels were installed within a week. The installation guys were really good and were no trouble at all. Ryan, the electrician, was really helpful and made everything very clear and i can view all the data from my phone. The staff were very helpful.

Cold sale phone call to quote for solar panels. Agreed and a date and time was agreed for a visit. Couple of hours later had a 2nd call wanting to know if I was a sole owner. Said 2 of us. She insisted that we were both there in case there were questions we both raised and we wouldn't have to ring them. I said we wouldn't make a decision there and then. She said that was fine and we would have a visit for a quote. No one has turned up and no phone call to explain. I know it's the right day and time as I put.it on the calender during the phone call. I have tried to ring both the phone numbers I received the calls off and no answer. Message says call back later. No answerphone!! Very very poor. Avoid

It has been an amazing experience from start to finish. After misleading information from a cold call Adam was superb at giving the correct honest information and very friendly. Ben came to our home and was also friendly, honest and helped us get the best option. Sam and his team got them installed very quickly for us and we're very flexible. The after care has been brilliant. Can not fault them, anything we needed was no trouble. We recommend them to everyone.

What a great company. They may be small but they have a huge heart for customers. From the first contact last week - to installation today I am
Impressed! I was kept informed on a regular basis of what was going to be happening, who was going to do each individual jobs and when the installation would be finished. Time of arrival in the morning was on the dot. My property is not the easiest of places to work at, but the electrician worked out how to create a professional finish.

Ben came out to see us and explained the optionsd available to us, he reviewed our bills and came up with a concept design. We paid £150 for a refundable independent survey where the design was finalised and confirmed. Ryan came and did the electrical install (very neat and tidy!) whilst the roofers located the panels (sorry lads didnt get your names!). Sam then coordinated the handover of all the documentation and we now await Octopus getting us regsistered for export. All fitted in a day, 13 panels and 3 batteries to reduce our bills at a house with integral hair salon and me working fulltime from home.
