I lost all my funds

I lost all my funds - about $30,000 in just 3 hours. Everestbtc is an extremely terrible company. It looks like they transferred names and continue their operation to cheat more people.
Since I got swindled months ago, this is the first time I would comment about this and its simply because I found help. I requested Everestbtc to give a full transaction list including open and close time, lot size and price since I needed the transaction list to embark on my own research. I don't believe this is what they said "software malfunction". I asked them several times to provide detail transaction list including open and close time, size, price. They rejected. After searching for hours, Then I logged on to my account from time to time, so I know this happened within just 2 hours, and market was almost flat at that time. it took the timely intervention of the good people at esr.direct for me to get back my lost money . Something i initially thought was impossible.
