Everestsheds appears to have changed their name to Outdoorgardens, possibly to avoid some of the issues described on review websites such as this.

I ordered a set of wall mounted shelving for a shed I had (very fortunately) bought elsewhere. The shelves arrived, but I can't assemble them as the supports have been cut to the wrong length, rendering them useless.

I have emailed the company with no response and their telephone voicemail is full and can't accept new messages. I also tried Facebook messenger with no response.

I have had similar experiences
Summer House Ordered in February 24 - no response from phone calls & emails DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.
Continuing problems & trying to get my money back appears unlikely.

I ordered a potting shed and then was completely ignored. No responses from emails, Facebook or phone. I found out afterwards that multiple people are chasing them to get a response and there is a second company at this address also receiving terrible reviews for non delivery and avoidance. Don’t get caught out.

My order EV1568 was placed on 4th Feb 2024.
I contacted them via emails and hone calls to arrange a delivery as it was not updated at all. But phone mailbox says it's full and can't take any messages. No replies to my emails as of yet. I can't don't know how to cancel the order as I need a shed this month! What is going on?

Ordered and paid for quick delivery, haven’t received a confirmation email I have tried to contact them multiple times via email, online form, phone goes to voicemail, social media. No response

Currently have no shed yet they have taken the money from my bank

I ordered a small wood store, ordered on line, got confirmation of the order and it was delivered on the day that was agreed BUT what was delivered was not what we ordered, it seemed that we had 2 parts of 2 different sized wood stores, the base of the large shed and the roof of the small shed but no base or back.

I tried to call and just went straight to VM, left a message but no reply at all, wrote up a contact form and still nothing.

Sadly, i am now having to go through my credit card to get a refund.

Ordered a shelf on 29/11/23 (EV1501) and have had no communication since regarding the order. Have contacted Everest over email and had no response. Their phone lines also go straight to answer phone. Can someone please respond or dispatch the item.

No good ringing as the phone doesn’t work, passed from pillar to post through emails.

I have parts missing from my bar, and they will not accept responsibility.

The address that is supplied on their website can not be found by Google maps.

Looks like trading standards and small claims court.

I am unable to get through to check my delivery. Email address bounces back and no answer on the phone. Please can you repond here?

Very disappointed so far and regretting not reading these reviews prior to purchase. There was no notification of delivery and therefore the delivery person arrived with no prior notification. I was on my own and the deli driver advised the pallet would be left in the Street - total nightmare for me. Subsequently though, he couldn't get it off the truck on his own, pulling it out at an angle it got stuck and quite badly damaged. He gave up and took it with him. Frustratingly the phone lines are down/only go to answer phone and communication so far has been limited I have no idea when the replacement will be coming and am feeling frustrated and out of pocket.

Poor quality, missing planks of wood, shed door did not fit, additional screws needed, no under support to keep hatches open as shelves. Totally overpriced.

Rapid dispatch and comms, product does what says on the tin - neat shelving for shed, easy to install. All good!

The product is good quality but smaller than expected and took ages to arrive.

The shed itself nice quality and went together without any problems. The pallet was well wrapped and protected for transit and it was worth the wait and any stress of not knowing what was happening with the order. Further to this the instructions are very good and really easy to follow, prob best ive ever seen 5/5.

The contact between Everestshed (Elliot) and customer was fluid however too many back and fourth emails and no phone conversation made for a bad experience for me.

The communication between delivery service and Everestsheds requires tweaking so that the customer isnt left in the dark waiting 2 weeks without hearing anything after the sale has gone through.

Delivery service Pallex for my area was actually faultless at the point of delivery. Recieved a phone call 15 mins from drop off and the driver took the pallet off the back of the lorry and a further 100ft away from the road via a pull along forklift to the end of our garden. He was friendly, happy to help and even though delivered on a busy main road patient and careful with the pallet.

The downfall of the delivery service was that i had recieved no call from either Everestsheds or the delivery service for 2 weeks and I had to chase around and make the arrangements.

Overall mark 4/5.

If they were to improve the process of arranging a delivery date that didnt leave the customer in the dark as to where the delivery was or expected I would definitely recommend both the product and the company with a 5/5.

Arrived on time and well-packaged.
Shelves were of good quality. Easy construction using the supplied instructions.

Good service and arrived quickly. The quality of the summerhouse is excellent and looks brilliant.

Smooth fast transaction. Great product and value for money.

The Summerhouse arrived super quick and the instructions were really easy to follow. Great quality for the price and looks awesome.

Great bar shed. Excellent quality and pretty good instructions.
