This company should not be trading disgusting behaviour ordered a gift for my partner on 8th Feb 2026 no response to my email asking when my product will be delivered no updates what so ever quick at take your money without products total theft.

I also was scammed and lost over $155

To be honest, I wouldn’t give them any stars at all. I lost over $200 plus shipping and I never got my hair or never got my money back and that was almost a year ago. Kept emailing them. They said that the reason for the delay was because of the Trump and the tariff. I told him that shouldn’t have affected the delays. And I didn’t get a response after that. I messaged asking for a refund still no response. I am highly dissatisfied.

My product is 6" and as many said, was scammed big time with this. $169 for a tiny lamp that was nothing that was in the picture. OMG! That's the second scam for the holiday season, and it's all Temu products they are selling for 100% more $$$$. I am so pissed, that I caught with this. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WON'T GIVE ME A REFUND. THEY ARE GETTING RICH, RICH, RICH, BY SCAMMING PEOPLE. THEY WILL HAVE TO ANSWER TO THE ONE ABOVE.

I ordered a lamp that was supposed to be stained glass what I received is painted plastic - it is disgusting !! They won’t return it and won’t refund my purchase! This is a total scam - I lost 80 +tax US

I ordered 2 wigs and never received them. I called and emailed. They assured me via email that I would receive my order however after numerous emails NOTHING WORKED!!!
I never received the hair or my money back!
This has never happened to me.
This company is a SCAM OPERATION!!!

They represented a legitimate vendor however when payment method is entered and accepted the invoice amount that is when you receive a bank charge from Everglowshop.

Everglowshop was never in the application until payment sent. Then they take the web system off.

Chinese company defrauding people. As always, going through Facebook and they as well get their part.

I ordered a glueless wig #7715359 back in February 2025 and it is now July 31,2025 and I have still not received it. I am very disappointed because all I wanted was my wig no money back just the wig I ordered.

I guess my review is just like everyone else's. I Purchased a unit in February. It took more than 3 weeks to get a tracking. When they said it was delivered, it was not. I searched where it was delivered to, and it was no such address. I have been emailing them since and the first two times, they replied they had to investigate, now, they don't respond to me at all, I've asked for a refund, another unit and nothing.

If there was worst rating star I would have chosen that. Fraud company wrong advertisement on all social media about realistic robot dog. Completely wrong product a squeaky battery operated annoying cheep toy when ssk for a refund and now they can’t find the emails and send us the pictures and videos. They are trying to find an excuse to not refund you . They offer me $38 dollars instead of refunding $169.95. I am complaining everywhere every platform and every site. Oh by the way I will get my money back one way or the other but i will make my mission to expose them so they won’t be able to cheat anymore or anyone.

Never received my item. Couldn't reach them after payment was paid in full. I believe this is a scam!

This company is scamming people out of their money and Klarna is in on it. I proved to them it was a scam they said they called klarna. I told klarna not to take anymore money out of my acct and they did anyway. Law suit! Don't buy nothing from these people all you will get is an empty package and out of $89

This company is scamming people out of their money! you never receive your package and their mailbox is full all the time, no response with emails and they are flagged by the BBB.

I ordered a wig that was $118 I was so excited followed the tracking number for about 2 weeks maybe 3 weeks. Received an empty package with a piece of cardboard and a printed piece of paper saying something about timu customer appreciation. I contacted everglow immediately I had recorded myself opening the package because I felt the package and could tell there was nothing in it so I wanted to have proof of that they assured me for literally a month straight they told me a replacement wig was being sent out over and over and over again they told me a replacement was on the way it was stuck in customs but a replacement was on the way now it is mid June they quit responding to my emails that I And now I can't even find the website I am so upset 118 is a big deal to me In the fact that it was just Taken And I was sent an empty package it's infuriating stay away from this company

I order two wigs from ever glow February the 5th 2025. i paid just under $400.00 to cut a long story short. I never received the wigs neither have I received my refund. I have reached out to everglow's customer service over 21 times and they have sent me countless excesses, as to why have not received my wigs or my payment. They have given me a countless automated messages telling me that they are sending out a replacement yet here I am still waiting. They have since stopped responding to me and removed my order information. I've been extremely patient with this company. although their campaign and advertising are very well done. DO NOT BE FOOLED. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. YOU will not get your money back or the wigs, I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. Its a huge SCAM...

I have ordered a short set and not received it nor any type of notification that it’s been sent, as a rule I never order from a facebook company, facebook allowing fraudulent companies to operate on they’re site is disgusting, hopefully people will read all the comments before ordering, in a month I’ll raise a dispute with my credit card company

I've ordered from this twice & was pleased with my wigs but the 3rd time was a charm... I received some cheap headphone with a $10 Amazon gift card instead of my wig. I have emailed them several times but no response. I'm trying to figure out my next move.

This company took my money but never shipped my product! When I kept asking for a tracking# in January, they never could produce one. So what they did is mail me a "thank you" note with a little piece of cardboard inside a bubble envelope- just to be able to get a tracking# and say that shipped my product! I had over 20 emails going back and forth with them, and then when I repeatedly asked for a refund, they had deleted all but five emails on the email thread! Thankfully, they had left enough for me to screenshot and file a case through Klarna to finally get my money back in April. Sadly, they've done this to others. Just check out YouTube. DO NOT USE THIS HAIR COMPANY!!!

This is a complete scam. I ordered from Everglow. My wig was supposed to be delivered in a week. After a month of waiting I emailed them and they gave me a fake tracking number. I waited a few more weeks. Emailed them again about the tracking not moving. They sent me an email saying it would be there. They sent me 4 empty small yellow envelopes of nothing. I disputed with my bank and got my money back. PLEASE KEEP YOUR MONEY AND SPEND IT AT A WIG PLACE THAT REPUTABLE. TRY LUVME OR JESSIE SELECTION. THEY NEVER MISS AND ARE EXACTY AS ADVERTISED...PERIODT
