This is a recurring nightmare

This is a recurring nightmare, especially when purchasing from eBay. I believe Evri s close association with Amazon is a conflict of interest ,that continously delay packages from ebay prioritising Amazon customers. No point attempting to contact customer services as you will find yourself in a bott roundabout.

Evri strike again

Evri strike again, I purchased 2 breakfast bar stools and Evri stated they made two attempts to deliver the parcel on the 14th of November at 9.35 am and 12.32 , and being 73 yrs old and disabled, I rarely go out, plus I have a camera on my door, and can prove at both times they didn't attempt to deliver it. I contacted everi on two occasions and requested a call back, no call back. By this time they had put the parcel on hold. The seller was great and tried to escalate the delivery but also was ignored. Six days later no parcel and a message from the seller that they received a message from Evri that the parcel was being returned to them. This company is worse than useless, I don't understand how they can be kept in business. After each review a stupid bot puts a message on saying they will contact you about your complaint, but it never happens, the phone number supplied on line doesn't work either. The seller is now sending my parcel out again but by a reputable delivery service.

Abandoned packages - YET AGAIN!"

I live in a third-floor flat. Evri couriers seem averse to climbing stairs. I have complained numerous times about them abandoning packages on a table at the bottom of the stairwell - some have been stolen. I have put a sign on the table instructing them not to leave packages there.
Yesterday, their "proof of delivery" photo was of the package on the floor just inside the front door from the street. The package was left on the table next to the sign. It's like the courier was deliberately taunting me.

EVRI JOKE COURIERS

I am giving EVRI 1 star as it is not possible to leave none !
I am trying to return equipment to a company who said use EVRI , they said they would pick it up on Saturday 15 November between 7&9 pm , received a message stating they had “ tried “ to deliver at 7.01 pm but we were not in , there were 4 adults in the house, complete with a Ring doorbell , - NOBODY APPROACHED THE DOOR !
I was then told they would pick it up yesterday , once again between 7 & 9 pm, no lies this time but no call either.
The app still shows they are picking it up yesterday.

THIS FIRM SHOULD BE AVOIDED , THEY ARE HOPELESS

Waited all day for a delivery promised for that day.
Finally got tracking details saying that it would be delivered between 6.30-7.30 pm
Then when I look online it says sorry delivery tomorrow,
We will wait and see. A total waste of a day not to say the lack of goods that I needed

This company is an absolute disgrace

This company is an absolute disgrace. I ordered a rose from a well known company. The first couldn’t be delivered because “ it was damaged beyond repair”, the second was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it never arrived despite a message stating “ the parcel has been delivered and left in a safe place” My neighbour called round this morning as he’d found it under his hedge on the edge of the road. Why are they still in business and why do reputable companies use them?

A company run by BOTS and dreadful service

Perhaps its time for Evri/Hermes to change its name yet again to hide from the shameful service it operates under. Delivery people who dont/cant be bothered delivering. They leave a note on their system to cover their own bats but the fact is that they know they get away with it. After you leave feedback you get the usual cut and paste apology that gets you knowthere and is totally controlled by BOTS. Dont bother reaching out to me as it goes for nothing.

Three parcels delivered to the wrong …

Three parcels delivered to the wrong address , now fourth parcel needs more information, I have emailed at least four times given them a PIN and safe place (they use my safe place at the wrong address) told them where they had delivered to told them how to find my property , I collected personally the first parcel, told them I was unable to collect again .
I tried to phone again yesterday before a delivery was due and it was answered automatically saying your parcel is already being dealt with, so not available for me to give any more information. Now yesterday’s delivery, no photo, delivery again to wrong address and today’s delivery needs more information.

This company is terrible dumped in a public stairwell

This company is really bad and i find all couriers i have had delivering my goods are just as bad. I had a lakeland delivery it was 3 large boxes and they were all left lying at the bottom of the stairs.i have complained to them and to the companies i have purchased from that they are leaving my parcels in a public stairway. A lovely neighbour brought my 2 parcels up to my house for me yesterday. I had to go down with my walking stick to pick up the other one today.there have been times that my parcel was left outside the building and was stolen. From now on im going to ask them to get signed from parcel deliverys or just stop online shopping altogetherbb

On Amazon Evri claim the open and water damaged parcel was signed for. It wasn't. Who would ? What's the betting I get a scripted response that reads... Misdelivered twice this week

Twice this past week we have had parcels delivered by evri that were for a different address. the drivers had clearly not bothered to find the correct house. i have tried to contact evri, but their help services were unbelievably useless. So deserving of zero stars

EVRi- Every time a disaster. This time, nearly 2 weeks after they messaged me that the parcel was out for delivery they have admitted to losing it. They then suggested that I should contact the supplier to sort it out. I will be avoiding supplies that use them.

Re Evri International, The saga continues ref my parcel to my Granddaughter in Canada, after 3 weeks of chasing the said parcel and various communication via Ezra the non human correspondence I had an email to say they have lost it , the only problem you can’t reply back to the same email to have a proper conversation with a human , Evri sent me a claim form which unfortunately will not accept the postcode in Canada although it is correct , I have had to get back onto the non human again & am now waiting for a call back but I don’t hold out much hope , if you are considering using Evri to send parcels abroad my recommendation is DONT, I will never ever use these people again the worst of it as I have already said not being able to speak with someone is absolutely rubbish , the emails that come back asking to phone or email must be computer generated as they all say the same thing no good following their instructions as you will not be able to speak with a human complete waste of time at present I am £50 down due to them loosing my parcel Thanks for nothing Evri

Parcel NOT delivered when stated it had been

I got a email at 21.52 on 5/11/25 to say my parcel had been delivered. I went straight to my front door - no parcel. The doorbell hadn’t been rung and there was no parcel. I checked all around the house and in the bins - nothing. My neighbour checked their ring doorbell - no car or person was within the vicinity at that time or around that time. I filled in the automated chat query and was told I would be contacted within 24 hours - no contact. Their phone line is automated and you cannot speak to anyone. I have NO parcel, can’t speak to anyone, there appears to be no way to make a formal complaint and they just don’t respond. Beyond outrageous!

The worst company ever

The worst company ever. have sent two parcels this year with them, the first one they destroyed. the second one has been stuck for 2 weeks with no movement. trying to get an answer is like some dystopian nightmare. they never call back when their automated system says, you go round in a loop, get loads of oops error messages , can never still speak to a real person. how these jokers are still allowed to operate is beyond me, they should be banned, the most incompetent company going, and I've used ryaniar

Stop taking facial photos without permission

I think Evri give a decent service, messaging to say when package will be delivered and another message if there's a delay. My one very big problem, and I hope someone from Evri reads this, is the instant photo taken when opening the door. I do not agree that a photo should be taken of someone's face without asking and this shouldn't be done. Please Evri take into consideration some of us find this process an invasion of our privacy, surely just a photo of it being held in someone's hand(s) at the door should be sufficient evidence that the package has been delivered. Or at least have the courier ask if it's OK to take a full body photo including the face.
