I had previously bought the original cheeky jean at a thrift store and loved it so much I bought another pair from the website, same size, same jean, different color. So disappointed in the second pai... See more

I have an unauthorized charge on my debit card from Everlane, Inc. I have never heard of them before.
Additional information:
Everlast ran an unauthorized
charge against my debit card for something I didn't order. That is theft and fraud. I have no order number because I never placed an order. Everlast obtained my debit card information fraudulently.
What a terrible company to return an item from in Australia. The state on their website its a $7 return fee and when I go to return the item they charged me $25 even though their depo is in NSW and would of only cost $9.30 the item was not that much so not worth returning. I would STAY away from their company, I wished I read theses reviews beforehand.
I recently returned sweaters ordered for my son for Christmas, from the company, Everlane. The items ran too small, and so when he tried to find larger sizes, everything was sold out. To return, Everlane deducted over $14.00 in return shipping fees; $7.00 for the return, and over $7.00 for the mailing it back to the company. Buyer beware: I don’t like when a company profits over my displeasure.
This is a scam company! I checked my banking information and found that they charged me $52.38!!! I never ordered anything from them. I tried calling and texting them but got nowhere so I instituted a fraud alert with my bank and notified the FTC. I don't know how in the world they got my debit card number!
Beware of ordering from this organization. I ordered a gift item on Nov 30, 2022, with an expected delivery date of Dec 12, 2022. Their track shipment function never worked. I emailed them and the only response I got was on Dec 11th telling me that I will be informed when the item has been packed and shipped. On December 13th I got another e-mail saying that the order has been canceled as they do not have this item in stock and the credit would be issued. Had I been informed in time - I would have made an alternative arrangement. But they left me and my gift recipient high and dry. Lesson learned - avoid Everlane.
By far my favorite ethical clothing company. It's priced at a premium, but I've been a loyal customer for quite some time.
Terrible customer service. Scam artist company! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They still owe me $78 and refuse to send my refund. They were out of an item I ordered… Still charged me promised me a refund and now it had been a month and I still havent received it. They have no phone number. TRASH COMPANY
Ordered something, and paid express shipping, and it looks like it just sat in the warehouse for a week until I reached out, and it was picked up. Everlane tried to blame DHL which was disappointing instead of owning up to it. Massive delays and CS wasn't very helpful
I placed an order back in August, it took a few weeks to arrive but I didn't mind. I then returned 4 items to the value of £260 early September and I still haven't received the refund. I've tried to reach out using their customer service forms but haven't heard anything back from them yet.
I always & I mean ALWAYS shopped at only Everlane. I’ve spent THOUSANDS on clothing & this past year it has changed so much! Before it was seamless to order & actually have my order arrive in time. Now, complete 180! I’ve had the last 3 orders returned without my knowledge due to their mistakes. They never update their site & when you buy you risk losing your whole order due to them not having an item in stock. They do not email or call you to tell you. You find out when the return is processed by your bank. In my case it’s been this way at least & im completely over the hassle, the time wasted.. the bank refunds. It’s just a headache & my best advise to newcomers is if it seems too good to be true, it usually is.
This is my second time ordering from them but will not do so anymore. The first time was their best seller turtle neck top. The top loses its shape immediately after wearing once. The cost is too low to return so I decided not to. The 2nd time, I thought I give it a try again by ordering a sweater. It didn't suits me so I returned. In the end, I was deducted of 16 euros (2 ways shipping charges). The return address is to Germany and I'm from Netherlands so it doesn't makes sense for me to order from them anymore. There are so many online shops here with free returns so I would go to others instead.
Great products and customer service. I've ordered a few times from Ireland, delivery times are clearly explained with the option of expedited service. Wish more companies followed their lead in being open and transparent on production and costs. Well done Everlane.
Order took forever to receive. Had it been higher quality, would have been worth them wait. It wasn't. Return process took a detective to find on their site and then didn't work. Had to email to figure out return. Over 1 month after return was delivered, had to email again about getting my refund. Will not order from them again. I don't understand the hype.
I mean, i checked out Trustpilot only after i already submitted my order, and the comments made me afraid for my 80+ EUR order... but it arrived in perfectly OK time, and i love these jeans, the size chosen based on the sizing chart is perfect, quality seems great so far... I don't know what experiences shocked others, but this one was a good one!
I was shocked at the reviews here when I checked, just on the off chance, so I came to share my rather different experience. I ordered twice here so far, once a while ago which I returned part of and then again recently. Website is easy to use and I love the simple style yet quality items. I am tired of not being able to find long lasting basics here in the UK so thought I would look further away sadly, otherwise I need to replace them every season which I just don’t have time for. The quality of the t-shirts I have bought is great and they fit very well so have the jeans and I appreciate the curvy range as although I am small my hourglass shape means the fit of jeans elsewhere is poor. I got my refund very quickly in fact far quicker than many places here in the Uk who need to keep up with the competition abroad in my opinion as they are miles behind. I will be back for more basics. I just wish things were slightly more affordable.
Here's an idea: Why not just take $100 and put it in the trash directly to save at least the frustration and disappointment? I ordered three tank tops. Vertical seams were curved -- not on purpose -- and at around a 30 degree angle from vertical, going up the back and sides of the shirt. Fabric thin and see-through. I bought them to take to visit a friend in Paris. She couldn't believe "the sorry state of American clothing," and told me to throw them out. 2 hems completely and fully came out at the bottom edge after ONE wash (one of them took three washes, but come on!) I contacted Everlane. I sent pictures. They said,"We're going to need to you to send those back and see more," as if I'd made this up and faked the photos...? Really Everlane, it's so hard to believe my stuff fell apart when you know you're peddling trash? I was going to send them back, but at my own expense? No. I've had $10 cotton tees and tanks from Old Navy that were ten times better and lasted for years without looking like an Everlane tank after one wash. The ankle boots I bought ? Also garbage. Five wearings and I had to throw them out. I can't comment on the flats I ordered as those were summarily cancelled by EVRLN without notice. Grateful to have saved the money. Thanks, Everlane. This was my first experience based on a friend's rec -- and definitely my last. For suckers only.
Had my jeans for 12 months and the zip has completely broken and the colour has faded. Emailed customer service who had no interest in helping. I paid £75 for the jeans and have paid half that price for jeans that have lasted many years. I read that Everlane was a sustainable brand.. 12 months doesn’t seem sustainable to me. I can see the same jeans are now over £100 online. I wouldn’t pay more than £25 for this quality and durability.
I ordered a trouser in June 27,2022 and until today July 19 did not deliver my order ..they did not send a cancellation. I can’t track the shipping, now
Do not be taken in with this company like I was. Quality is poor and sizing is terrible. I feel totally fleeced. 😕
