I would give this zero stars if I could . As others have said this is a complete scam site which sends you shoes from China , not the correct size, then refuses to reimburse your costs to return them, and they are not in any way orthopaedic.
Customer service is non existent and you can’t escalate the issue to a manager . I have reported to PayPal as I believe the site is inaccurate and products are poor
It’s a scam! The shoes I received are NOT the shoes shown on the website. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I got a full refund, total scam.

The shoes shown on the everstrides.com website are NOT the ones you receive!
The payment goes to someone in Denmark but the shoes come from China and are a cheap imitation.
Contacted the seller and tried to get the correct shoes or refund. After a prolonged back and forth email discussion the seller refused both replacement or refund.
Went through my credit card provider and after their investigation was reimbursed the full cost.

I ordered a pair of these sandals in a size 10. When they arrived they said size 40. The EU conversion is 41 but they argue that for orthopaedic shoes its a 40. They also call it a wide fit but the velcro only just touches so can't be fastened. I requested that as they were so small could I exchange them for a 42. Their reply was that under current guidelines they can't refund or exchange sale goods. The refund policy I found on their site when ordering said :-
We offer Free Shipping & Lifetime Returns on all orders.
If they don’t fit, or if your feet ever change, send them back anytime — because comfort is a promise, not a gamble.
The site now says:- Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale — meaning no returns or exchanges can be offered.
So I have totally done my money as they are standing behind this after numerous emails.
