Never received the two chairs I ordered. They do not respond to my emails regarding the order.

I'd give it no stars if it was a opinion! Yes I have a tracking number press the link it goes down the 1st it said I had to pay a pound to tack my ideas to me that's sounds like a con! Keep well clear it's been over 4 weeks now sent emails nothing ,

Scammers, stear clear. Have complained to Facebook telling them this company is using their platform to scam people, only for face book to reject my claim!!

God will punish these people.
I was scammed 😭 for buying a sofa for my bedroom.
I got a fake confirmation email.
They'll never see any good thing in their life.

ordered 2 camping chairs on 23rd August for my camping holiday in September, received tracking info, they took payment 01/09, Went on my camping trip without my chairs came home and 5 weeks later still no chairs. I've emailed customer services twice. its now reported as scam with my bank, but they are still on google when you search. disgraceful. I also recieved a voucher but no explanation as to who it was from so i threw away. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

My money was taken, received tracking details. Parcel never arrived only a voucher saying that there was an issue with my order and and my money has been refunded. I have never received a refund despite never sending many emails with no reply!!!

Would give zero stars if possible. They take money, send a tracking number for the parcel then ignore the customer when the tracking number suddenly disappears after a few days. The parcel ever arrives and they totally ignore multiple emails chasing up.
On top of that they state that their 'shop' is in London but no full address, and given the type of tracking number the goods, if they ever exists, actually come from the Far East.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Warning!!!! - Avoid at all costs. bought a chair from this set-up and had an Initial email confirming order with tracking link, but the links go nowhere, emailed 3 times, no response. This is a Scam site do not fall for their cheap prices on facebook and insta

I ordered a rucksack, but got a letter after about 6 weeks of waiting
They are scammers, the letter is tracked but not with the real intem

I ordered a portable makeup mirror case and instead received with the tracking details a note saying sorry there is an issue with your order and no one is responding to my emails. Beware Scam company off a Facebook advert

Ordered a fishing chair @ £30.99 was advised of a delivery date in a couple of weeks and sent a tracking number but this fails to load....beginning to think i have been scammed from a Facebook advert as well. Having read the other reviews. will try email but doubt this will be responded to! Paid by credit card so maybe get some feedback from them. Stay away from EvervaleLondon.com!!!
