I purchased a lighted frame mirror in…August 2019

I purchased a lighted frame mirror in August. Frame is cheap and corners do not come together tightly. Mirror will not light when in vertical position. Have contacted company over and over again. It has been over a month and I still have a $1300.00 piece of junk mirror that won't light. Technical service is a joke.

Very Happy Customer

I did a home renovation about a year ago and I wanted the most luxurious bathroom possibly made. A friend of mine already had a MirrorVue and I thought it was amazing. I ordered my own and had it custom made to fit in my bathroom. to this day I feel like this purchase really upgraded my bathroom to the next level and will totally consider getting other products from Evervue! I ordered the silver mirror 32" TV and the dimensions are approximately 70"x50".

Do not buy an outdoor TV from this company!

We purchased an Overview Cosmos 50" outdoor TV in July 2017. It took a long time to arrive (came from China I think) and when installed immediately had condensation problems behind the front screen. Evervue said this was normal - really - on a supposedly waterproof TV?! Then 14 months after we bought it, the sound failed. After taking the TV off the wall to investigate (hoped the audio out cable had come loose), I discovered there was no sound at all (including internal speakers). Replacing the TV on the wall, I reconnected the HDMI and low and behold - the picture had now also failed. I contacted Evervue support 3 times by email and they took a long time to respond. Their telephone number just goes to voicemail. Eventually replied but no solution was offered, not even for a chargeable repair. £2,500 utterly wasted on a TV that has never worked properly since we bought it. Poor quality product and a terrible service.

Evervue Reply - Firstly, your company may be incorporated in the USA, but like countless others, your operations appear to be entirely in China. It took 5 weeks for you to deliver it to my home in the UK and all of your "support" is provided from China. As other reviewers have commented, it takes a lot of time and several attempts to solicit any response from your support people and then you face a series of mindless "troubleshooting" questions over days by email - one question at a time implying user error. At no point - ever - did Evervue offer any sensible advice (first time anyone from your company suggested the Android box (which by the way is not the problem) or offer to repair the TV free or at a charge. What I did get and very quickly was an email threatening me with legal action from Evervue if I did not take down my negative reviews. I did my homework on the reviews I found from your "thousands of satisfied customers" on Google and they were fakes created by or for Evervue. It seems like other reviewers here have had a similar experience to me but you are now employing the same tactics of writing responses to their reviews blaming the customer. Instead, try actually talking to your dissatisfied customers about their experiences and trying to help them. Finally, the outdoor TV's you sell are installed in completely sealed aluminium and plastic cases. There are no user-serviceable parts and a TV engineer I had look at mine said that the only way to access the components that had failed on it was to cut open the case thereby losing the moisture resistance and even then he doubted it could be economically fixed. In brief, when it fails for any reason you have two options - to ship it back to China for a repair at who knows what cost or scrap it. Not much of a choice for a product that cost £ thousands!

In the UK, our products include a one-year warranty. Unfortunately, your tv is already 2 months out of warranty. At this point, you cannot simply demand for us to ship a new tv or to pick the old tv and repair for free.

Now you leave a negative review and tell us that you that you will remove it when we ship a new TV? That's not fair and furthermore, its unlawful to make this kind of demand.

The problem you describe is most likely caused by the Android box. This box is stored in a separate compartment behind the TV and easy to replace for less than $60.

Cosmos has been on the market for many years and designed to perform in any weather. If there is a problem after the warranty period, Evervue offers very reasonable plans to repair or to replace. You would need to bear the costs of the shipping to our service center, and usually it takes 10-14 days to repair and ship back.

Cosmos TV is a great outdoor TV! The only one that is safely powered by 24 volts, made of stainless steel, with patented audio streamers, manufactured by Evervue USA Inc., located in Newport Beach, CA. founded in 2001. We have been shipping Cosmos TVs daily to our customers with excellent customer service for a long time.

Give it a try, with reasonable expectations, and you will be very satisfied with Cosmos. Just like the thousands of other customers who will continue to enjoy their Cosmos TV for years to come!
