Dire on line company

Dire on line company. Brought a new vape item last Monday paid and extra 4.99 for next day delivery.no communication or anything. Looking at my order says now on hold. I managed to get through the their fb page 5 hours later they tell me my item out of stock. I requested a refund. I have emailed no reply. I was told it will prob take 14 days for refund they have until Tuesday then I will do a charge back with my banks customer service is rubbish. Used to be good before website was brought by 4 vape.

I ordered two bottles of e-liquid 1st…

I ordered two bottles of e-liquid 1st class.
After 8 days of waiting for my order I contacted every cloud via email to find out where my order was.
I had an email back telling me that the item i had ordered was out of stock. My item showed as being in stock on line.
They asked if there was another e-liqud i would like as an alternative.
I had actually ordered from elsewhere in the time i was waiting for my e-liqud from every cloud.
I asked if icould have a refund. With that i had an email back to say that my order will be passed on to the refund team.
That was 8 days ago.
I've sent 2 further emails to find out if i will be receiving my refund or an email.
They have not been in touch with me since the 13th june.
It's safe to say I will never be ordering from every cloud again.

Every time I order now its getting…

Every time I order now its getting worse and worse, this time I've got missing items from my order and no contact from them at all, I would not recommend to anyone anymore as the company is going down hill, use at your own risk

Worse online vape retailer I've ever used. Ordered an item and after a week of no emails confirming it I had to contact them regarding the issue only to be told there was a "technical issues and that it doesn't happen very often" definetly will not be using them again.

Normally they were quite good

Normally they were quite good, Recently it has got bad. I ordered two Freemax Mesh Pro tanks and some bits with it. The website said they were in stock then my order couldn't be fulfilled. I asked for refund and 15 days later and after 3 tickets. Nothing, no answer. I did get some of the bits in the mail... (I paid for same day delivery which is available where I am). Really I would look else where if you want good customer service.

Recent online experiences awful awful

Recent online experiences fairly awful. They've sent through what they've had in stock, and said nothing of what's missing and what they plan to do about it. My last order was only half complete and I was forced to chase them for replacements or refunds.
Plenty of other, far better online stores out there you'd be better off using.

Where has the original “every cloud” gone

Last 6-10 months , they are a shadow (if that) of the quality, company they
WERE !
Used to use these all the time , but o presume they must be under different management/directors , because this company are nothing like the original 1, order same day delivery & you’ll be lucky if it turns up, and even then probably only half will turn up, i been waiting 2 days for my “same day delivery”
Surprisingly i finally got a reply to my few emails I’ve sent them informing me “I will send your order ref number to our refund team and give you a refund”

A refund ? Like I’m supposed to be gratefull- I EXPECT nothing less !!

Telling me this now ? 2-3 days after the order, after finally replying to my email
Shocking service ! A year or so ago they WERE perfect with communication , keeping me updated through the whole process until it was delivered to my door and baring in mind i had paid for it, it always came the same day 100%.

They are a joke now, how can it go so wrong !
AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH !
Certainly don’t deserve 1 star but can’t give them ZERO stars (MINUS would be be more fitting for this outfit),
AVOID these !!

After quite a few part orders turning up and my last order, which i been in waiting for, to learn that it’s NOT even left the shop 2-3 after they took my order & money for “same day delivery”
I’m done with these now !

WHAT HAS HAPPENED? (Awful since DEC 21!)

WHAT HAS HAPPENED?! I used to use Every Cloud exclusively especially during the pandemic, they were super helpful with their delivery service but lately what a shambles! Order for same day, doesn't turn up, showed in stock on the website but doesn’t arrive, no email, no phone call. Honestly the worst customer service ive experienced. This isnt a one time thing either, this has happened on 6+ Orders! Sort it out as you are LOSING LONG TIME CUSTOMERS!

I disagree with the negative reviews

I disagree with the negative reviews, I’ve always found them very quick to respond to email queries and the customer service I have received has always been excellent. I used to shop in person in the Salisbury store and although I’ve moved 320 miles north I still order from them. Only knocked off a star as yes, I agree they’re often short of stock lately but I would imagine this is down to supplier issues.

This company has seriously gone down…

This company has seriously gone down the pan. (Totally useless) you order for next day delivery 6 days later still waiting. No response telling me where my order is ? . So i phoned to cancel the order 3 days later still no reply and I still don't have my money. That was the last time I'll be using this company again. Please please use another company like (vape club). I had no issues with them at all. And they tell you if it's in stock or not

Ordered minicans for my Aspire vaping…

Ordered minicans for my Aspire vaping system. Paid in full. Recieved an email shortly after telling me they were on backorder, which is fine. Almost a month later with no updates I try to contact them on Facebook, email, live chat, but were unsuccessful, meaning they ignored my inquiry. Yet they have the audacity to ask me to rate their customer service. International customers be aware; they will take your money, neglect to send you what you order, and ignore any attempt you make to contact them.

Their communication has been good via email but overall it's not acceptable really. Also received the wrong products on occasion. Also my loyalty points disappeared a long time ago. Time to look elsewhere.

first order with Every cloud vap shop, placed on 16th November, still waiting, after numerous emails back and too. When you order is says aprox 3 days delivery but usually 1 day,, I'm on day 15.. I've asked for a refund still waiting on a response.. joke

Placed my 1st order with every cloud vape shop order arrived quickly was impressed with service, then it went down hill after that, the item i recieved had manufacturers seals broken on the box plus part of the contents were missing, it took 4 days 4 customer service 2 contact me this wascafter i had sent several messages i will add that customer service person i spoke with was very helpful, it then took near on a full week 2 get a refund. I would not recomend this company 2 my worst enemy totally disgusted with the steer clear of them

Very disappointed

Very disappointed! I have been using everycloud for some years now getting my vape fluid delivered. I have become increasingly frustrated by their sheer lack of responsiveness to queries and issues. You can't talk to actual people as when you call the stores they have nothing to do with online ordering, so you have to wait for someone to get back to you. Stock status on the website isn't good as I always seem to order stuff that is in stock on the site, but then I am told that they don't have it. Which is fine, bit when you request a replacement is soo difficult to get someone to get back to you. I will never use everycloud again as I have had enough with there lack of communication, unprofessionalism and find there prices are very high. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible

Terrible . Have a faulty device which is 6 weeks old, Max at Havant said he wasn’t prepared to do anything, told me to speak to the manufacturer. Was rude, unhelpful and I won’t ever use Every Cloud again.
