REX - Co-Owner hanged up on me.
I purchased a box of bananas that was advertised In store for $3. On my receipt I was charged $12. I told the cashier but she said that I purchased ‘the good bananas’ & they were $12. Next, I told the manager that I had dug the box out out of the $3 section. We walked to the 4 separate areas where bananas were stacked. All four signs advertised bananas for $3 per box. There was no $12 sign. Regardless of there not being a $12 sign, the manager told me that the bananas I had purchased were $12. I told her that I should be charged the advertised price. She told me that I could return them. I decided to take them. I left 2 messages for the owner of the store. Today was the third week I had not received a return call. I spoke to one of the new owners (since Sept 2021) named Rex. I told him the above story. He said that it didn’t matter that there was no $12 sign & was not interested in giving me a $9 credit for the bananas. I told him that I had purchased over $1000 of groceries in the past year from Everyday Deals. Then he hanged up on me. This indicates to me how little Rex values a customer that he would cut communication in such a hostile way. Apart from that, it is a very poor business decision that will cost him & his co-owners over $1000 of my business each year.

Money stealing. I ordered 9 sets only received 2 contacted them really not interested did a dispute with PayPal,but I lost that aswell. £60.00 for 2 kits what a joke everydaydeals are con artists stay away from them at all costs.

Ordered 1 kit to try before ordering a large quantity of kits for my company. I waited 7 weeks no kit. Then the emails back and forth started. At first they would take days to answers, always with the answer its on its way. More waiting, more emails. First I got told I had to wait 60 days from order, then it was I had to wait another 2 weeks after they agreed to refund because the tracking on said it was in the USA. More emails. Feed up I left a negative review on thier facebook. Suddenly they not only answered emails with in hours they now refuse to give a refund at all for the review and deleted the review so that at first glance you think its a decent company. It is not. I lost about $9. What they lost was many many large orders for kits from several non profit groups now. Save your money and just order from Amazon

Everyday Deals - The worst company I've ever dealt with!
The worst company I've ever dealt with and I've dealt with a lot! Everyday Deals provided a tracking number supposedly for FedEx that the FedEx system does NOT recognize! And because the FedEx system does not recognize it, I can NOT speak to a live agent without a valid tracking number! So effen frustrating!!! I've been emailing Everyday Deals for several weeks trying to explain to them that the tracking information claims my items were delivered and we never received anything?! At first they were extremely insistent that the items were still in transit, regardless that the tracking information said it had already been delivered!! Now, their responses have turned argumentative and they claim we have received the order.....! They don't care and barely understand english to begin with, I guess I shouldn't be so surprised as all this stuff comes from china! One thing for sure, I'm going to destroy their reputation in any way I possible can because this has been a total nightmare! If I could submit this review with no stars, I most definitely would! DO NOT BUY FROM EVERYDAY DEALS!

Shipping - The canvas does not come rolled in a box. It comes folded and smashed into a small rectangular bubble mailer. When you take the canvas out their are lots of wrinkles. I was able to put replacement paper on the canvas and iron out the wrinkles( that is the only reason this is not a con. The second canvas i bought from this site was larger and mailed in the same way but the replacement paper will not stick which means neither will the diamonds and the creases will not iron out.) Leading to the cons.

Terrible customer service! 2 weeks of an email chain with pictures of the issues and the best they can do is to offer me a $4 coupon.
The diamond are not flat and won't stay on the canvas
The colors are odd. There are only 2 blacks, 1 white, and 5 browns for this owl picture ( the rest of the 23 different colors are shades of purple and pink and include a bright coral)

Do not buy anything from this company!! I purchased 5 different 5d diamond artwork, and they all looked like crap! I got 2 with quotes on them, and you can't even make out the words. All of them had different colors than they were supposed to have. When I mentioned that I wanted a refund/return them. The policy is it has to be done within 2 weeks... it took almost 8 weeks to receive it. All they said was sorry "Since the DIY work is done by computer, there will be a little difference with the real photo" I told them there was a huge difference. They offered me a $4 coupon for a future purchase. I told them that I didn't want that and I'd be leaving a review. The rep then replied and offered $5, and tried to make me feel bad by saying her boss would punish them if I did not accept it.
