DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could give them "0" stars, I would.
On March 12, 2018, I purchased a 2-1 duffle bag. After the purchase, they send an email that says I will have to wait 10 -20 business days - ok, wish I had known before - but my lose for not looking.
After 30 business days, I contacted them via email. After 4 days, I received a return email stating that my item was sent to the wrong address and would be re-routed - "please wait a few days and you should receive your item."
Waiting another 30 business days, I contacted them again. This time, it was the distributors fault that I didn't get my package. "we will resend your package again and we have put a rush on it, so it shouldn't take more that a few days."
On, June 21 I finally received my package - just in time for a weekend trip I was taking. When I get to my destination, I noticed the zipper was open on the duffel bag and realized it was not only broken, but torn at the seam. I contacted them AGAIN. They said I would need to show a video of how it was broken. I threw the bag away and swore to write this about this company.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE should you ever consider buying ANYTHING from this company. I wish I had read these ratings before I bought anything.

I wouldn’t avoid this company like the plague - it’s worse than that!

It has been 3 months since I ordered a Backpack With A Brain, and I am still yet to receive it. On 2 occasions they have claimed that it was shipped to the wrong country - I’m in Australia and the first shipment went to Russia! After the first problem, they claimed to have shipped it again, and to have sent it via a faster shipping option. Other not receiving anything for another two weeks, I had to go and buy an alternative product locally (which I received in 2 days), and asked for a refund when they told me the second shipment had gone missing also. They refuse a refund, and today claim to have sent package number 3 via the original 10-20 business days option. I have almost no optimism that I’ll ever receive the package and, given some of the product reviews I’ve been reading, I’m unlikely to be very happy with it if it does arrive.
NEVER AGAIN!!

DO NOT BUY!!!

Don't buy as the product was poor quality and then I received poor customer service. Mine was faulty and no refund and no replacement!! DO NOT BUY!!!

I ordered one of their computer …

I ordered one of their computer backpacks on Aug 25, 2017, which I have yet to receive. They contacted me after order was placed to confirm shipping address, which I confirmed. After 4 weeks (they tell you it can take 2-3 weeks for delivery), I contacted them asking about shipment. They sent me tracking information which showed package as undeliverable and that it was returned to sender. When I pointed this out and asked for a refund, which they ignored. They initiated a new order (another 2-3 weeks) which was again shipped to wrong address and returned to sender.

Now they tell me that it is my job to fix address problem with USPS.

Horrible Order Fulfillment

I ordered a package 23 days ago and still don't even have a tracking number. After 2 weeks I asked what was going on and they said it was shipped but stopped answering when I asked for a tracking number. Do yourself a favour and avoid these guys like the plague.
