I've tried to learn Korean before

I've tried to learn Korean before, but the apps didn't provide any context or connection to the vocabulary I was trying to learn. There was also no one speak with if I had any questions. The brief lessons don't overwhelm me, since I'm working full time while learning. The community within the additional app has been helpful and the hour long speaking sessions with other students gives me a place to try and speak with others who are learning, as well as with a native speaker. I even get to learn a bit about Korea and its culture along the way. I can't wait to be more fluent and eventually visit Korea.

Everyday Korean is the best program for learners…

Everyday Korean has been an amazing experience for me thus far. I am able to speak amongst other learners with a teacher present via zoom and ask any questions I may have. It also builds consistency and engagement allowing you to practice what you've learned and utilize it each day after your 15 minute lessons. I recommend this for all who wish to learn Korean but lacked the proper community to influence consistency, motivation and confidence. If that's what you are looking for, this is the program for you.

First week done and it has been fun …

First week done and it has been fun and informative. The videos are easy to understand and follow and the app allows for interaction with teachers and students which is super helpful and the live class was an added bonus. So excited to continue learning and the price for the course is worth every penny compared to others I have tried. I learned more in one week with Hoon than the others combined.

It's easy way to study like this

It's easy way to study like this. It's very encouraging and well-established community. You can always ask for help. No one will judge or look down on you if you can't say something correctly. I really like the study atmosphere.

I have very little time for language-Thank you

I have very little time for language learning. But Hoon makes it easy in small short videos. He breaks down the lessons into achievable goals which boosts my confidence. Thank you Hoon! Also, with the amount of time I spent on this program I am now able to understand a little more of my K-dramas. The other day I was like….nope that’s not what the said! I was so excited! lol Thank you Hoon!

Learning Korean

This week of learning Korean went really well and motivated me to keep going. I can now introduce myself and even recognize words while watching a K-drama, and that made me feel proud of my progress. Seeing improvement in just one week showed me that consistent practice truly work

The best first week ever!

It's only been a week and I've already learned 7 phrases that are very important in everyday communication. I can speak it anywhere and whenever without looking at any notes or study aid. Learning little and slowly each day but consistently made all the difference, it didn't make me feel pressured. The best system (so far) in my opinion. In addition, Hun makes the clearest videos so it's so easy to follow. I highly recommend Everyday Korean to anyone who wants to not just learn the language but practice it in your current situation wherever you may be.

안녕하세여 😊

Hi, for someone that has been studying Korean for almost a year and haven't been able to remember what I learned, everyday Korean has been a blessing for me. In just a matter of 1 wk I'm able to remember what I have learned here. I get excited for the next day to come. Sometimes I have to hold myself back because I just want to continue. I love that we have to record ourselves speaking Korean, it helps build confidence when speaking out loud. Im super excited for the next few weeks of class. I even go back to the first days just to refresh my memory of what I learned so far. I love the fact that I was watching one of my fave k-dramas and I was able to pick up a few new words without looking at the subtittle.

Completing Lesson 7

I have really enjoyed Everyday Korean. I love doing the lessons with Hoon. His style of teaching is very helpful. I felt uncomfortable with one of the weekly live sessions. I felt like I didn't know enough to participate well. I felt anxious and nervous that I was going to be called on while others seemed so much more advanced. Yoona, Hoon's assistant has been extremely helpful!

I really like the way the courses are build. Split up in 10 minutes lessons makes them easy to follow. Also, I love the style of the videos. They're filmed so that you actually think and feel like you're in a live lesson. Really well made. Sometimes there are spelling or punctuation mistakes in the written examples in the videos, description or tests at the and, but at least to me it doesn't really matter, because it doesn't change the overall quality.
All in all. Great courses for beginners that wanna go slow but steady. *Thumbs up*

honestly I was nervous about learning Korean im use to having to be perfect at things quickly so I was a bit anxious but I find the teaching easy to learn but also find it very reassuring to know how helpful the teachers are and to know I don have to do it perfectly just trying is enough and being told I can do it is very heartwarming
