No Communication

I ordered a weight lifting belt on the 9 December and had an order confirmation. Then no further contact. When I tried to check the order online the website was shut for the holidays. No one replied to my email and there is no phone number, so I finally sent another email telling them to just cancel the order. Shortly later I received a Paypal notification that I had a refund from them, but still never had any email or contact from them to explain that I would not be getting my order. Next time just order your equipment direct from Germany.
