good price and fast delivery. Btw they have sale now so I m very happy with my bulk delivery recently. The next 8 months supply is sorted 🤓

Excellent service and selection of products from Everyday Superfoods

The value for money is really good. I found them when I was looking for milled chia seeds and found the fact that I can buy in varying sizes and save great.

I've ordered more items on my third order and everything has been of excellent quality.

Postage and packaging of my order was both rapid and very well packed. No excess packaging and everything arrived in great condition.

I'm very impressed with these guys and will be ordering again in the near future.

I have been ordering from Everyday Superfood for months and never encountered any issues until recently when my order didn’t arrive however, Mark acted efficiently and once he understood the situation he quickly sent out my packaged and followed up with Royal Mail to ensure customers don’t face the same problem. Thanks Mark, my order arrived just in time so I didn’t miss my daily routine of supplements :)

Usually one can gauge a shop's service better when one is forced to complain.
I had bought an item from this shop before and didn't have issues so this time I ordered 3 items at over £55.
One item sent wasn't what I had ordered so I complained about it.

They replied to me that I should use their return service.
and that :

"...once the item is on its way we will arrange for the correct item to be posted to you separately so you don’t have to wait for us to receive the wrong item back. - Mark"

I searched their website and saw no indication of this return process. I wrote back. They replied this:

"...I forgot to include the link to book the collection. - Mark"

I used the link and sent the item back and expected the above process to happen. When nothing happened I asked for a full refund. And I got this:

"We are currently waiting to receive the returned parcel from Royal Mail, and as soon as it arrives, we will process your refund. - Sepi"

Seems a bit keystone cops and not a lot of attention to detail. They apologise well for the "inconvenience" but continue to faux pas and cause inconvenience. Perhaps they are better at sending 1 item at a time, however, I won't be spending any more at this shop.

They have received the item now but I haven't received the refund. Which I am now forced to pursue yet again!

2 stars due to reasonable speed of email replies (albeit confusing).

I've been using their mushrooms for a while, this is my second purchase. As a mature student with ADHD going through menopause I need all the help I can get 😂. After reading various studies about the benefits of mushrooms I decided to give lions mane a try and stick with it, over recent weeks and months I feel that I'm more able to think clearly and creatively when I take 2tsp a day, one with breakfast and one with lunch. I've looked at other brands and decided that this was a reasonably priced option for the high quality fruiting body

It was so quick and easy to order exactly what I wanted even using a new payment card

This is an update from October 2025, up to that date the cacao was amazing.

Day of writing, 09/03/2026..!! The last 2 orders of organic pure cacao were very bad, they replaced one of the bags in February 2026 and they said bad cocoa beans/ new supplier!!!

Once more, today, Ive opened my new bag of cacao it did NOT SMELL LIKE CACAO AND TASTED ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! In addition, I found out, contacting my own research, that cocoa beans sourced from Peru are heavy in bad metals, such as cadmium!! Im changing supplier as I gave them a chance to redeem themselves but they failed!!!

I regularly order from Every Day Superfoods. The products are high quality and have good shelf life. Nice website to shop on, all parcels are well wrapped and arrive in good condition.

It is so straightforward to order from Everyday Superfood. The website is well set out. The choice of one time purchase or subscription is clearly explained. They give you the impression of being a valued customer, which is rare nowadays. I have bought 2 different products from them and they are delicious. The delivery time is so fast. I do not see where they can improve. Excellent company.

Have bought Cacao from here for the last few months. I did notice that the price had gone up quite a bit which disappointed me, so I went with another company instead. However, I was completely disappointed with the other companies cacao, it was really really bad. So despite the price increase I have gone back to this brand as the quality of cacao is unmatched. Creamy, chocolatey and delicious.

The delivery was really quick, lots of information on their website about where the products originated from and also the health benefits, organic which is also a bonus, lots of vegan friendly items too. So good I've just placed my 2nd order with them. Thank you.
