I really enjoyed the experience. It was great fun learning to change gear, navigate around a course and practise parking.

It was a fun filled ride in an Aston Martin that was a brilliant first ride in a car and it was like being in a movie!

The day was characterised by a complete lack of organisation and structure regarding driver and vehicle allocation. Throughout the event, participants were left waiting with little or no reliable information about when they would be driving. The allocation desk appeared chaotic, with drivers repeatedly having to approach staff for updates and clarification.
Particularly disappointing was the inconsistent and misleading information provided by a female member of staff responsible for vehicle allocation. We were repeatedly told conflicting messages, including "it will be five minutes", "you're next", and "I can't tell how long it will be". These assurances were given multiple times but proved to be inaccurate. This uncertainty and lack of communication created considerable frustration and anxiety.
A further issue was the apparent unreliability of several vehicles during the day. Most notably, the Jaguar F-Type allocated as part of the experience appeared not to be operating. During the several hours we were present, the vehicle did not move at all. On two separate occasions we were specifically informed that the Jaguar experience would be next. Despite these assurances, the drive never materialised, and my daughter only completed two of the three vehicles included in the package.

What was meant to be an exciting birthday celebration turned into a frustrating disappointment. At the time of booking you are asked to chose your selected time slot which we chose 2pm, at no point did the reservationist inform me that this was an estimated time slot and there was actually half an hour leeway, on the day, this half an hour turned into an hour and a half!!! When we asked the onsite team to check when we would be going on track they informed us that they were unable to tell us a time because they were unfortunately still waiting for people from 12pm to drive … that’s not a three hour wait that some people were having to have their experience. At one point there must of been 30 drivers in the tent waiting and 5 instructors were stood around having a chat, make it make sense? The whole day was completely unorganised, you would think in the 21st century they would get rid of the paper and highlighters to mark off drivers but no, that’s exactly how the onsite staff were “checking-in” the drivers, it seemed to creat massive confusion and complications for the staff. Ontop of that the staff had to scream out names at the top of their lungs to call the drivers (again a loud speaker system would of made sense at this point or even a digital display highlighting current drivers and drivers next up) they also had to compete with blaring music from the speakers and the cars while doing so. There are separate tents sent up for the different car brands which again complicated things as many times someone was in a different car driving and their names were being called at a completely different tent which obviously they were unable to answer due to being in another experience, which created an even further back log and if you were not there when your name was called you were then pushed to the bottom of the queue and had to wait even longer for your next drive … there was not enough shade of seating for guests and I myself left there with a sunburn as no one during the brooking process stated that there would be insufficient cover for guests or that the car park would require you to take a minibus to the track so you’re not been able to sit in the car to protect yourself of to watch your partner do the experience you bought for him. All around me people were complaining, one lady said she was told that the Eason for the delay was because they didn’t have enough drivers. Another lady mentioned they had arrived for 10:30am and they were still waiting to complete one more experience which should of been at 2pm and at this point it had gone past 4pm!!! When I had asked to speak to the site manager I was informed that there wasn’t a manager onsite however the next higher up was currently on break and unable to speak to me. When we were about to get back onto the bus to leave the lady stood by the bus whipped out her qr code and started asking us to leave reviews which in turn I asked if I could have a complaints email address as I wanted to write a formal complaint. She then asked what my complaints were which I highlighted all the above to her at which point she because defensive and said “well surely this was all told to you when booking” which I told her no it actually wasn’t otherwise I would not have booked as it has left a sour taste for what was supposed to be a happy celebratory day. She then went on to stop me and say no the day is actually very organised and unfortunately there have just been some delays, I responded saying that this is something people should be made aware of at the time of booking as had we had other plans after the experience; we would of lost our money due to these significant delays which ran way over the stipulated estimated 30 minute slot. Anyway she was unable to give me a complaints email so here is my review. Please look at modernising the way in which these events are organised, inform your staff to give out the correct information during the booking process, and prove suitable covering and seating during the event (As it was not only the guests in the sun but also your staff who were turning bright red!!)

OK so the actual driving and the time spent with the instructors were fabulous, a great experience! Let down by the chaotic organizing and the constant upselling. There shouldn't be a need to check in twice - spend some money on some tech. The impression given is that the whole event (4 cars plus fast lap) would take a couple of hours, we were there for over 4 hours. One car broke down twice and there didn't seem to be a quick process to offer alternatives to keep things moving along.
Consider adding some merch, would have loved to get a t-shirt for example.
The toilets were unclean with no running water, just sanitizer.
Had a great time overall, but just could have been better organized.

Driving the E-Type Jaguar was fantastic, the instructor was excellent and the staff were helpful, but the organisation was absolute chaos.
It took over 30 minutes to check in ahead of my 2pm drive, and I watched the car sit on the tarmac until almost 3pm. I didn't get in the car for my drive until after 4pm - over 2 hours waiting!

I had booked 4 classic fords. Only one was available. I was offered alternatives which I accepted. My bookings were for 2.30pm/3pm/3.30pm and 4pm. My first drive was at 2.55, my second at 3.58 and my third was at 4.24. I never got my forth drive as they closed the track at 5pm. I was told to go back to check in to complete a Resolution form but the queue was so long and taking so long to process I gave up. The whole event was chaotic. Considering the cost I was very disappointed and frankly have been short changed.

Drove Jaguar eType and Shelby Cobra. Great gun and excellent instructors.

Apart from the long waiting times for your turn, the overall experience was spectacular. The best thing is the instructors will make you feel comfortable and guide you every step of the way.
