Horrible support, tried to open an account, they were rejecting 5 times without telling me why....i had to call their tech support which told me exactly what the issue was and it was resolved right after...sad that it took a phone call and that they are unable to communicate clearly

Terrible customer service. They have attitude! I dont accept attitude WHEN I AM PAYING!

Really bad company! I sold a 160 euro device and I can't get my money back. They ask me to prove that I'm not an elephant to prove that it's! Insufficient! It's a shame that the name of Skroutz is also being ruined. I will take legal action! They simlpy find excuses to not approve you so you can take your money. Scammers!

I had been using their service for about 2 years. Last week I added 31 euros to my everypay wallet. I tried ordering a gift for a friend, form skroutz.gr, but my payment didn't seem to go through. After 2 days of trying, my money were gone from https:// wallet.everypay. gr/ and I can only see them in history section of the page.
Not trustworthy, I will not add a single penny after the incident.

I just wanted to give me the 20 euros I got from an online sale.
For this they want to take all my personal info, email, address, tax number, all of my ID info, my incomes etc...
I didn't ask them for a loan. This seems for a GDPR violation. We are helpless and they know it that we can't do anything.

Cash on delivery (COD) payments, which should ideally reach my account in a reasonable timeframe, are now deposited a full week after the courier company releases them. However, your bank processes these transactions as late as 40 days from the initial transaction date.

I am in contact with other professionals in the industry who are experiencing the same delays, which has led to significant dissatisfaction among your users.

In an era driven by technology and rapid transactions, it’s disheartening to face such delays. I urge your company to conduct a thorough self-assessment and consider implementing improvements in processing efficiency and customer support responsiveness.

I was using before pay and ever pay and I’m so happy with ever pay! I was so worried I would be trapped with fees and charges! It’s a lifesaver to access funds before your pay date. It’s so nice to be approved for a small loan when needed and no fuss to talk to the big banks and go through the hassle of an overdraft.
