We had the best experience at Everything Billiards! The customer service was phenomenal! They had a huge selection of everything we needed and even had a table we could practice sticks on to see if we liked them. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

Great place, nice people ...

They did a good job setting up table, leveling it and putting on the felt. They fell short in arriving 45 minutes late (said they had to go to Home Depot for supplies, but didn't use any materials during setup, so what supplies were needed?), had to go back to shop for patch material, didn't have a putty knife to smooth patch material nor a sanding block, so slight bulge at joint between two pieces of slate.

Really enjoyed the experience of working with Everything Billiards. We received a good deal on a Brunswick table and it looks and plays great. We thought about going with a non-slate table but are extremely happy we decided to spend the extra on quality. The installers were very professional and had the table completed in short order. Thanks Everything Billiards!

I recently took delivery of a pool table, game table and chairs and bar for my game room. Everything Billiards exceeded my expectations with their large selection and their helping me make my selections. (Unfortunately for them, I asked a lot of questions.). The installation was quick and professional which was greatly appreciated. I have recommended Everything Billiards to at least 4 people now. And, because their showroom is across I-85 from Concord Mills, it is very easy to get to the store - not a traffic nightmare.

Prompt, professional, and fast. The 'Pool Table Technicians' that Everything Billiards sent out were awesome. They quickly evaluated the pool table move, and set about work efficiently. They were very careful, and accomplished the move much quicker than I would have believed.

And their prices are great!

Great company! They were there every step of the way, from when we first started looking at hot tubs, to the follow up a month after installation. These guys are great at what they do!

I had a great experience dealing with the guys at everything billiards. I went to shop for a new pool table and was greeted by the sales person and thoroughly explained the differences in the options that they had available and they worked directly towards my budget. I found the table for me in less than an hour working with the sales person. They were very accurate in their delivery times. The crew that showed up to assemble my table was professional, clean and very personable. They did an excellent job of placing the table exactly where I wanted it in the room and explaining the care required in maintaining the equipment to like new. I have already been enjoying my new table with family and friends and would definitely recommend everything billiards for anyone in the market for gaming equipment. Everything billiards will definitely be the place I shop for my next purchase.
