I find it difficult to put into words how this company performed, I was applying for a loan for some extensive building works and also a chunk of debt consolidation, I asked them outright how long do you think this will take and they told me, it isn't quick, it required answering a lot of questions for the lender and getting all sorts of details I didn't even consider, however everything financial kept it simple and confirmed receipt of information as I sent it and managed the whole process making sure that all was in order and what the lender required. Basically they crossed the tees and dotted the I's. It did take five to six weeks until the loan was funded but as I say they had already managed my expectations at the beginning, which was quite accurate even with me giving back almost immediate responses to the lenders questions.

I find the staff very friendly and understood my requirements and and although I originally was going for a secured loan when we discussed the issue it was explained and decided to go for a total remortgage.

Excellent help and advice from very friendly mortgage advisors. Will be using them again for sure

Have been totally messed around. I was given completely incorrect and misleading information. After being told to wait for nearly a month the offer had completely changed, not in my favour, whereby if given better advice I would have accepted the original offer the previous month. I've wasted a whole month and now have to start all over again.

The team of people who helped us were very knowledgeable. The whole process from start to finish was extremely efficient and effective.
